Great location, the receptionist are super friend, sha,e that I forgot her name but I think is Ana Maria.

Adoro ficar aqui. Gosto dos empregados da recepção e fica bem fácil para ir para o shopping Salvador. A única coisa chata é o elevador que demora muito e também é quente e balança. O rooftop é legal.

The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to a shopping center, and the surrounding area feels quite safe. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant food was tasty, although a bit too salty. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful in resolving our issues, but none of them spoke English, so we had to rely on translation apps. The bathroom facilities are somewhat outdated, and the number of towels provided was limited. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.

Staff were great except the guy on reception on check in who was snorting and burping during the process. On the same night, trying to get the lift to work was almost impossible. Several guests stood trying to get the lift from the 21st floor for at least 15 minutes. Great rooftop terrace with excellent views. Breakfast was disappointing with very little choice and stale milk! Not a bad hotel overall but some easy wins to make it better.

Line to check in, AC was off, no water at the reception for guests. Breakfast until 10am, when people were partying since it was carnaval and would not be able to attend breakfast....

Very unorganized staff. Very slow responses from them. Elevators are ridiculous. We waited for 15 minutes one time to get an elevator.

The lobby staff was extremely racist would not recommended. I stay at the same hotel in Sao Paulo and the experience totally different

Can’t park in front of the hotel to do check in. Garage elevator do not take you to the hotel lobby. Need to walk thru business and restaurants with luggage to access hotel lobby and elevators to go to the your room. Very Inconvenient.

Boa acomodação, porém, tive alguns problemas com o cartão-chave, pois ele desmagnetizava a todo momento. Café da manhã razoável, sem muita variedade. Contudo, ótimo atendimento e recepção de todos os funcionários.

The room that they gave me was dirty. There were feces in the bathroom. I asked to change the room and the other room had open bottles of water in the minibar !!

Good airport hotel with great breakfast. Staff were helpful and spoke some English.
