Great location, good breakfast on beach patio front and beautiful sunrise from windows as you wake up. Great food and good price at restaurant across hotel.

Average Dated facility with leaky shower, water all over the floor. Refrigerator was not clean. Beds uncomfortable. Breakfast was good as was the view. We don’t believe it should be rated as high as it is.

The view on sea was unique! We were gifted by Stefania, so she gave us a seaview room. The room is very clean and everything is ok but a refurbishment could be an option. Breakfast is ok, staff is lovely, it is clean and the place is wonderful!

Beautiful location, close to many attractions. The terrace is absolutely fantastic, having breakfast looking at the sea is the best.

I recently stayed in Room 104 at your hotel and had a truly awful experience. Just outside this room is a massive air-conditioning generator that produces a constant, high level of noise. As someone who has difficulty sleeping, this was a serious issue for me. When I booked my stay, I specifically requested a quiet place to rest, yet I was given one of the noisiest rooms possible. The relentless noise made it impossible to sleep, and my stay was ruined as a result. While the staff was very kind, the place has a lovely view, and the breakfast was decent, these positives did not make up for the severe noise disturbance. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of consideration for my initial request. A hotel should provide a comfortable and restful environment for its guests, but my experience was the opposite. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value your sleep and expect basic customer service.

This place is amazing if you want a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The staff are so helpful and polite. I enjoyed my time here.

Excellent hotel right on the beach. Plenty of free parkingand the hotel is close to restaurants. Only a few minutes from the motorway

You are at the beach with this hôtel so you can enjoy the Adriatic sea all you want. Breakfast was superb and our dinner at the hôtel was excellent.

I stayed over for 3 nights and 4 days with my two children aged 9 and 7 who thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We spent everyday by the beach and it was so lovely going to bed and waking up to the sounds of the sea and the waves. Staff are very kind and helpful , always with a smile and eager to help with any enquiry. The mini fridge in my room was constantly re filled which was very awesome of them. There was also an exercise bench in the room and a safe so you dont need to go around carrying all your valuables. The food was awesome - i had various dishes of fish on each day. My son loved the pasta and so he did not want to change , whereas my daughter had chicken and chips one night , then pasta and something different the other. Breakfast was also very nice - nothing beats seating out there and amazing at the beautiful sea outside. I will go there again and this time i will stay 7 nights. If you want to get around, make sure you hire a car otherwise if you just want to chill by the beach , walk around for a few miles and back then you ok using public transport. My kids loved it so much there they didnt want to get away - i had to convince them to see the main towns of Porto Recanati as well :) Finally the TV also has English channels - you can get Disney Englsh Channel as well as Sky News and some BBC etc. - this was a nice surprise for me and the kids as we have visited many hotels in Europe where the tv channels are all in the local language.

Too high room rate if you try to buy at the reception of hotel. When we ask the price to the reception, the price they offered us was two times more according to Expedia. Like cheating.

GREAT SERVICE, WARM EMPLOYEES. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT WITH THE EXCEPTION THAT THE HOTEL WAS READY FOR WINTER. (pool had no water and the message therapist was unavailable. THE LOCATION WONDERFUL THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF THINGS TO DO IN THE SUMMER!!!!
