It's a medium size hotel with very convenient access. Maybe due to its size and low season, they can swiftly clean the rooms. I went for breakfast, told the staff to clean. When I came back all amenities were already refreshed, the room cleaned & flawless. It's also a mood booster that they also provide cappuccino at request.

A regular hotel every time I go to Bali, close to the city center and with complete and clean room facilities, even though the building is old, it is still well maintained and well-maintained, and has access to the resort and views of the sea.

It was all great apart from the variety of food considering it is buffet not much of an option stayed in a lower star hotel which had more food options.

The room is clean and comfortably. Staff are helpful. The only minor is with mosquito in the area around lobby and outside the restaurant

I stayed at the Bintang Kuta Hotel in early September 2025 for 4 days and 3 nights. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with cool air conditioning, a clean bathroom, and clean, flowing water. The room service, front desk, and restaurant staff were all friendly, responsive, and quick to assist guests.

Bintang Kuta has always been a favorite. The best part is its easy access to everything.

The friendly hotel staff quickly helped us when we asked for a room change, the room was comfortable and spacious enough for three people with a toddler, the pool was clean, access to shops and malls throughout Kuta was very close, access to the beach via Bintang Resort, and the most satisfying thing was the food was delicious...🥰

The hotel staff service is very friendly, for check in you don't have to wait long, even though you haven't booked in advance, access to the Mall, Bank and Church is very close

Strategic location near Discovery Mall, access to the beach via the Bintang Bali Hotel which is in the same group as the Bintang Kuta Hotel, in front there is a Vietnamese restaurant, a busy center, close to Ngurah Rai airport

This hotel is cool, you have to try it, access to everywhere is very easy 🫶 I will continue to stay here

I already ask for extra single bed by this apps but when we arrive at the hotel they still charge me another Rp. 800 k. When, we arrive in the room so many ants around. And the room was wet and hot because very close to the laundry. The bath room was smell of sewerage coming out to the floor. And the water smell like Rotter egg. And the tap fell out of the wall. Also the windows lid looking out to the tree was full of water. I would never ever recommend to any one to come there.

Clean room, soft pillows and good hot and cold water.

The surrounding are wonderful. Will come again soon.

Pro tips: Because the entrance from the road is a bit less visible and disguised as the entrance to Bintang Bali Resort, there is a sign that says “Bank Mandiri” that can be used as a reference.

The hotel is quite strategically located, not far from the city center. The service is quite friendly, but unfortunately when I stayed in the lobby there was 1 person who kept smoking, either a guest or an employee there. The food is also quite good although the variety is not as much as other 4-star hotels. Sofat can still be recommended.
