The front desk and security were friendly and helpful. The room was standard size. Cleanliness was okay. Hot water and amenities were available. The hot water was on. The AC was cold. The bathroom was also clean. Breakfast was included for the price. It was great. Thanks, Amaris.

This is my third year staying at the Amaris Embong Malang Hotel in Surabaya. I've always been pleased with the hospitality and service from the Amaris Hotel team. It's close to a variety of dining options, and within walking distance of pedestrian-friendly sidewalks to Tunjungan Plaza. The Amaris room rates are also affordable compared to similar hotels during the holiday season, and the hotel is clean and comfortable, making staying here an easy decision.
