El hotel es un wdificio muy antiguo y el lobby esta muy bien, las habitaciones necesitan un poco de mantenimiento, por ejemplo la mia cuando caminabas el piso crujia constantemente, las alfombras esta descoloridas y manchadas, las ventanas se filtraba el aire frio de afuera, los muebles estan muy maltratados, en fin las habitaciones necesitan un cambio, la limpieza muy bien y los empleados muy atentos.

Staff courteous

This was my absolute dream. Stayed on the 5th floor. Room was just as pictured...and you can't envision the magical reality (the evening rain on the skylight was heaven). Comfy bed. No thrills, but who needs those when you have the space and beams! Excellent staff all around. They even have a magic button they can push to call you a taxi (especially when you have an obnoxiously early flight). Also good wifi and beautiful common sitting areas downstairs. Also impeccable location...can you tell I had a good time? Ha!

Good location, just a few mimutes of walk to Piazza Maggiore.

It’s a good place if you are on a budget, it is clean and the staff is friendly. However, the breakfast food variety is just ok, the building is historic, it needs some facelift and some upgrades.

Front-Desk staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast good, plenty, service good. Location is city center, easy to get around…

Room was filthy and smelled disgusting. Staff are rude,arrogant and highly unprofessional.

I will start by saying this hotel is in a great location and it is a very traditional Italian hotel. However, the rooms and bathrooms are not to a great standard and the corridors were quite loud, and the walls thin. We were only there for 2 nights for the Radiohead show so didn’t spend a huge amount of time at the hotel and I assume prices elevated due to the event. If you can get it cheap and just want a place to sleep and shower it’s fine but not somewhere if you enjoy relaxing in your room. There is so much to see and visit nearby we were happy staying out to sightsee, eat and drink.

Staff Amazing. Old. Rundown. Smelly. Next to movie theater. Some rooms it’s like you’re in theater. Luckily got an upgrade. Rooms still old, broken floor.

It was raining so desk got us a cab to Bologna Central. Breakfast had a better variety than Millenhotel

The room was clean and large, with a nice balcony. The location of the hotel was perfect, right off the main square on a quiet side street. The staff was perfect. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, a good breakfast. For these reasons I gave it four stars. The problem with this hotel was the room itself. It seemed not to have been renovated since the 1950s! Creaking floorboards throughout, an ancient bathtub and old plumbing, a flat bed. If you can ignore this, you will enjoy your stay.

Old hotel with few upgrades. Our beds were kind of like hammocks. Good value though and good location.

Was nice in the heart of the city near the sights checked in after 0100 and was very fast I liked the hotel staff friendly especially the catering staff
