Cheap and cheerful, very well maintained and clean. It is a bit of a walk from downtown, but the walk is very pleasant. Bathroom and toilet is very compact like you would find on a cruise ship. Good food nearby, as is the lovely river.

The room was clean and functional. The staff refused to make up the second bed I'm the room though which was very strange. Even when I asked about it I was told to do it myself. Other than that it was fine.

Little bit cold in the room

Great location to walk into Bordeaux Centre. Very clean, friendly staff and good value. The only piece of advice is the parking, you pay on exit, i spent ages trying to work the machine at the top of the lift which didnt accept my cards.

Great stay, for the price it’s good, but problems with the room amenities, the room opens with the code, which takes around 5-10 min to get it correct (or am i just dumb?), and toilet is weirdly positioned, not convenient

The hotel in a good location and close to the tram which takes you into the heart of Bordeaux. You can collect the tram from the airport and it stops about 150 metres from the hotel. The tram is a bonus and costs on 1 euro 80cents for the Journey. The rooms are in good condition and clean. Although fairly tight for 3 people but easy and roomy for 2 persons. Shower big enough however toilet is pretty tight. Its a budget hotel and you get what you are paying for and I would stay there again.

Facility OK no fare from center, small and missing lobby

Very easy to take a tram to the city center. Quiet with grocery and boulangerie next door. Property is a little tired in areas, but overall a great breakfast, hot water showers and clean bed.

This hotel was great. The staff were nice and friendly. I had an issue with the toilet and the staff immediately came and fixed it for me. The room was small. Toilet, shower and sink were three different area. The parking was a bit confusing. It shared the same spot as the regular parking lot. The hotel was in a great location, 20 minutes walk to city center.

Great staff, budget friendly room with basic amenities. Mattress extremely uncomfortable to the point where sleep was affected. Pillow flat as a pancake. Duvet small and towels tiny. Street drinkers creating noise outside within the hotel complex at all hours. Great location for exploring Bordeaux, close to tram stop and river.

Good value

Don't confuse this with the IBIS Bastide, just next door. You get a tiny space with just-adequate washing facilities and a (perfectly comfortable) bed. No storage space, no room to move and (no surprise) no kettle. One thin pillow each and one medium towel. The wifi is slow and often refuses to connect. The staff can't help you with this. If you just want a cheap room to sleep in then this is close to the centre, well served by tram and bus. don't expect to be able to do anything else in the room. There is a big Carrefour supermarket next door, which may come in handy.

Convenient location next to a tram stop and a carrefour. Nice staff. The room is comfortable also the sound proofing between rooms could be improved. I would return

Nothing special, 3 min walk of the tram station heading to the city center room is big and clean, quite area! The receptionist is the chef as well ( as she was putting the food in/out the oven And to the coffee/breakfast area ! Also, later that day! another receptionist was working on “ ironing the bed sheets “ in the coffeeshop area before asking him to check in ! But mainly was a good stay.
