This hotel was a great find … from the location with ease of trams, to the beautiful room and restaurant. Every area was clean, and the daily room service was appreciated. Perhaps the bar being open later than 10 p.m. would have been good, but there was a very affordable mini bar in each room. We would highly recommend this hotel 💚

No parking available, no lotion or conditioner in the room . Very small rooms . Lobby under construction , streets around hotel under construction . Plus , excellent house keeping .

Bardzo dobry hotel, bardzo dobre śniadania, czajnik i lodówka w pokoju. Można parkować na parkingu hotelowym albo na bezpłatnym blisko hotelu (ok. 5 minut pieszo)

I travel to different cities in Poland 4 or 5 times a year and always look for Q because I know these are quality hotels that meet all of my desires. Wrocław was like return to an old friend . First Class in every way.

Pobyt w tym hotelu można określić 1 słowem-dramat. Nie dało się wyłączyć światła w pokoju. Recepcja zaspana, odebrała za 4-ym razem. Przy słano Pana technika, który potwierdził wszystkie usterki w pokoju: NIEMOŻNOŚĆ WYŁĄCZENIA ŚWIATŁA NA NOC W POKOJU - jedyna możliwość wyjęcie karty i brak prądu. niedziałający pilot do tv. Lampka nie działała, czemu? Bo hotel nie umieścił żarówki w środku. Recepcja nie zainteresowała się sprawą ani w nocy, ani rano. Nikt nawet nie przeprosił. Według tego hotelu to chyba normalne płacić kilkaset złotych za wybrakowany pokój, nie spełniających podstawowych funkcji. Ah, i oczywiście. Bez karty nie działało również ogrzewanie! Koszmar.
