The staff is very friendly, very helpful.

The room is nice, the hotel staff was very kind, the pool was great. But one thing you should be aware of: the hotel is in a big party street with VERY loud music till 5 AM. The hotel offers earplugs but still the sound is very loud, please keep this in mind while booking.

Location near the center of the crowd, small room

I was in a budget room, front desk staff was very helpful to upgrade me into a more comfortable suite, also housekeeping was very helpful with all the requests I asked for, amazing Inn and affordable!

I stayed here for 3 nights, the room was quite spacious, the water was smooth, there was no problem, there was a water heater, there was a mini balcony so it was not stuffy. The elevator is okay. The location is very strategic because it is in the middle of Khaosan Road which is famous for its culinary and souvenir market, just fine. It's just that the deposit must be 500 baht and returned after check out.

Nice place and good location I stay here for couple days

The check-in process is fast, the night atmosphere is very crowded, many places to eat. Pleasant breakfast, lots of variety of food. If you want to swim in the morning because it is late afternoon, the pool is very crowded.

Directly facing the grand palace, established

Very strategic hotel and very easy to find. The staff matches the soup but it is not done with a heart so it looks very dirty. The room is quite big, the toilet is good only the bed linen is very dirty making itching. Good breakfast, nice swimming pool. Overall everything is good it's just that the bed linen is dirty. Thanks.

The surroundings were so noisy until dawn. When we asked the room to be cleaned, we expected the room to be cleaned thoroughly. But only the “bed” was cleaned and tidied up.

90% westerns stay here, Asia only 10%, many officers who can't speak English so it's hard to communicate, not friendly, lacks cleanliness, tourist areas, front, left, right of the hotel where the party is up to 1am every day. So if the room has a window getting ready to join the party, the noise is severe. 😂

The hotel has cockroaches. Area and facilities feel expensive compared to the price. I don't know if it is because of the good price combo but the 3 star hotel shows nothing for brushes, toothpaste. Air conditioner also shows signs of degradation, there is fan noise

The shower does not have drainage, so the water does not run out / flood. Very noisy from street bars. Even though the earplug is still noisy, it can't rest.

Room is clean, just I guess maybe not so many guest stay, there is a smell like empty room for a long time. Overall is nice

It's at the heart of Khaosan Road so if you want to enjoy night life, this place is perfect for staying in. I landed in Bangkok at the evening and still want to enjoy the atmosphere so after check in I went outside at Khaosan Road for food and see the crowd.
