I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 AM, only to be informed that they refused to honor the booking, claiming the price was too low. I was not allowed to check in.

In the lobby often gather Indian men, because near the hotel there is a temple and many tourists from India, so it is uncomfortable to go in and out of the hotel, there is no elevator, small rooms and doors are difficult to close. The receptionist is friendly, we were given a room with a bathroom, close to the temple and easy to find Grab.

The hotel is very small and dirty, it is better not to stay overnight in this hotel.

Front office give a room with share bathroom (booked a single room with bathroom inside), the room is bad, dirty bad cover, share bath room no door lock & light.

Pliss ini bukan hotel 😭 ga layak di tempati, ga sempet foto soalnya langsung pindah hotel.

This is consider a big matter to me: the website mentioned shower is part of facilities. However, room 804 is nothing. Shower is not included. The room was dirty. Staff is friendly but overall hotel is dirty. Cheap doesn't mean cannot maintain cleanness. The pillow and blanket are smelly.

Few Lizard. Bug on bed. Disappointed with service's / in 8 days 1 time they change bedsheet. Would like to refund otherwise will take legal action
