Receptionist was very rude when asked about parking. He told me that nothing is free in a very rude manner. The cleaner did not clean our room while we were out. Sugar packet didn't even get restocked. When called to ask for sugar for tea making, no one came to our room at all. Overall quite a bad experience.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean, had a lovely fragrance, and the building felt elegant and classy. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. I would definitely return.

The room is big, the staff is friendly, even when you ask for an extra blanket to be delivered at 1 am, it is still delivered to the room, but unfortunately the family room is often full.

The accommodation is very good, the atmosphere is shady and nice. It's near the Star Vista mall. Anyone who has plans to come to a concert, this is a good choice. You can walk across the street to get there. The room is clean and spacious. The view is very beautiful. I got a corner room with a 180-degree view. I will stay here again if I return to Singapore.

this room very very good for family, i like the hotel, i like the room, i like the location, maybe i can get a chance back to here, the staff very kind, the location near buona vista MRT, the room little bit different with the pic on the booking, but that's okayyy, everything was good🫶🏻🫶🏻 thank you so much for your hospitality Park Avenue Rochester🫶🏻

The staffs are really friendly and helpful, but the room itself I find it lacking in some areas. I stayed in a suite room for 3 nights and since its 2024 already I was expecting at least smart TV with netflix or bidet with sprayer. I hope they will upgrade their facilities soon because its such a nice place to stay, near MRT and malls and very quite at night. And somoe more variety on the breakfast buffet would be nice too.
