This trip to KL was truly awesome... From the hotel accommodation at the Grand Suites at Berjaya Times Square, the host who attended us, he's so efficient, accommodating, and very friendly... To the strategic location for shopping, dining, entertainment, etc., etc., just love it! Will definitely return back!

The hotel staff was friendly, check in was easy, and the hotel location was very strategic, and it turned out there was a bidet haha

location is great..nearby to everything. the receptionist was friendly. the only thing that disapoint me was when i was at the cafe try to claim my free meal, the lady at the kitchen look annoyed and reluctant to serve me. and she said "banyak order sekarang"...so i just left. Yes i know it was late afternoon, but the reception said i can claim anytime. some miscommunication i guess between the cafe and the front desk.

Good hotel for you who just need a bed and shower for one or two nights in singapore. Location is great, near offices, many restaurants, and mosque as well.

The staff very helpful and informative. When I must extend they quickly response by saving my choice room. The hotel surrounding is near the main road all walkable bus stop, MRT. And peaceful neighbourhood.

The location is strategic, near to Kampong Glam & Arab street. Also close to cw2 bus terminal (easy to catch the bus to JB).

A hotel with a fairly affordable price and a very strategic location because it is close to the city center and near the bus stop, but a bit far from the MRT. The room is indeed small, but according to the price. The key still uses a traditional key (not a card) and the elevator is also free access. But generally comfortable.

Easy to reach by Gocar from Changi Airport.

Horrible place to stay but it is good location. Old, dusty but clean bed and warm water plus ac are run well. Don't expect too much ….

Not accept any early check in.

Would definitely stay again if I come to singapore next time. Great location and room was comfortable with good price.

The hotel is strategically close to places to eat. The room was a bit cramped, the lights were a bit dim, then on the last night of my stay the floor was wet so I ended up covering it with a towel because I was afraid it would be slippery when walking.

That 's a great to stay in here.

We arrive early and can immediately check in. Usually it has to be at 15.00

The room is very dark when the lights are off. The room should change to a bright color.

Rada bau apek, mau duduk di toilet aja kakinya mentok. Ac kurang dingin. Kenyataan ruangan tidak sama seperti photonya.

Hotel nya bgs, kamar pas utk berdua, toilet bersih … Dkt dgn halte bus, dkt dgn sevel, cr srpn gampang. Mau ke golden mile tower tinggal jln kaki saja sampe.

The location is perfect, on Bugis. Near many restaurants. Staff is friendly, hotel is clean. Thing I don't like about this hotel is not give the free water to drink (correct me if I'm wrong)
