No much choices in Kuala Terengganu actually

Very helpful staff, make you feel welcome with their warm smile. Good location with malls near by. Many F&B options around. Long wait for the lift as they are very slow and cramp.

The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, and the hotel was right next to ITCC and the beach, so it's quite a good location. However, the parking might be a bit scarce. Breakfast is provided for all with various types of food.

Very hard to park a car. And the room is smell no so good. Water heater is not function. Very bad for my kid. When it comes to breakfast, menu are not varieties only nasi lemak and mee goreng. And kuih only 2-3 types.

Air conditioner mula2 panas peluh jeruk 😆 lama2 baru OK sejuk.

Bangusnya Walk from the hotel to KTCC Mall. Close to restaurants. The hotel breakfast also has many options. I like soft, fluffy & hot pau. Shampoo and soap are available. It's not the case, the pillowcases & sheets have traces of dirt and wear. Given coffee, sugar creamer but no water kettle how to make hot water? huh Can improve the cleanliness of the sheets so that guests feel comfortable sleeping.

Very good location with shopping mall, restaurant and Batik Shop nearby. Breakfast served was good. And staff on duty are friendly.

Everything is good, very comfortable to stay. The staffs are very friendly. Buffet breakfast is amazing and delicious. Parking is also available for guests at the basement. Hope to stay here again in the future!
