The rooms are super spacious and airy. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance. Bring your kids, too, and there are plenty of games around the hotel. It's a great family-friendly option.

Late check-in for my husband's birthday. The staff was friendly and responsive, although we had to wait a bit for the staff to prepare birthday balloons and love towels in the room, but it was only about 8 minutes, because I had requested birthday decorations on the bed in my notes. Overall, thank you to the front office staff and manager in the long-sleeved white shirt. And lastly, the friendly and very helpful restaurant FB staff during breakfast time were also friendly to my child. Really appreciate it ☺️

Of all the hotels I've stayed at, this one is the worst. I've never given a review this bad. Although it has some advantages, like complete amenities and a warm room interior, this hotel is truly awful. The receptionist was the worst I've ever encountered. She gossiped so much with her coworkers that she forgot to give me the room key. The room was dusty, the lights were full of cobwebs, the bathtub wasn't cleaned properly, there was dirt and clumps of very long women's hair, and the swimming pool was overly chlorine-laden. The food was comparable to Oyo and RedDoorz. It needs further evaluation. The restaurant tables lacked the aesthetics of a star-rated hotel. There were no placemats. The chef's uniforms and the F&B staff were dirty and filthy, even wandering around the restaurant. The hotel was the funniest and strangest of all the hotels I've stayed at. This hotel needs further evaluation. The worst was the receptionist. She gossiped too much with her male coworkers who acted like women. My relatives from Singapore were very disappointed. Luckily, it was close to Woda Villa. I could relax again there.

The rooms are large, and the bathrooms have bathtubs. The food is varied.

Booking for married couples, it was written as a single bed, but upon check-in, they gave me a double bed, citing late check-in, even though I'd already paid in full. The staff was incredibly rude. The hospitality was terrible, and my client was disappointed.

Highly recommended, the atmosphere at night is fun and crowded, lots of culinary, comfortable to bring children. Next time come back. 🥰

Not like the usual hotel I stayed at, this hotel requires IDR 300,000 refundable deposit. Please prepare for that before you check-in. I stayed in a connecting room which is good if you bring your whole family, and the room is pretty big for a twin bed! Love it.
