I stayed 2 nights with my family for a vacation. During the 2 nights there it felt comfortable, not noisy, there were many cafes, restaurants, shops and children's games around the hotel. The staff were kind and professional. There were many choices of food that could suit each person's taste. The yellow rice was delicious, but the next day there was no yellow rice because the menu was changed every day so I had chicken porridge for breakfast which also suited my and my family's taste. Just a suggestion, maybe yellow rice can be an option besides white rice every day. Although the hotel looks like it has been standing for a long time, it is still well-maintained and suitable for resting in Batam with family after walking around Batam. The parking lot and entrance lobby are also spacious. Maybe what can be improved is the cleanliness of the hallway and rooms. The hallway smells a little unpleasant, and there are lots of ants in the room if there is food.
