2nd time coming to this hotel..old hotel, but comfortable, cleanliness maintained..get breakfast once, food for breakfast is enough and quite tasty..hotel next to mr diy, bank, there are many restaurants in front..if you want to go to centrium you can just walk..

so far everything is ok..it is suggested to provide parking for guests staying here..parking needs to be paid for by yourself.

The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean, especially the bathroom. We took the family room with 2 queen beds. The price was reasonable with breakfast. I will go again!

Location is a big plus as you can park and walk to some major restaurants and nearby attractions. Open parking and coupons available at the reception. Staffs are friendly. Overall, a satisfactory stay.

It was a nice hotel but noisy and furniture was old. Staff was very friendly though. My stay included breakfast but I couldnt have it as I was sleeping.

We came here on weekdays so it was easy to park our car near the hotel, as the hotel did not have a parking space and you need to buy parking coupons. Overall, we enjoyed our staycation here.

Hotel location was good, and staffs are polite and helpful, plus the room was clean and tidy.

I have checked into this hotel many times. Every time I go to Cameron Highlands. The kids love it, the family loves it, the father loves it. The breakfast is the best, there are many choices.

This hotel only got some age, but all is clean and buffet breakfast also nice and nearby easy find food. The staff are all friendly.

Had been stayed at this hotel for few times and this is the worst experience. The room toilet is not flushed. My girl went to check around and once she checked the toilet she sound eewww with a loud voice and I ask me to look at it. The toilet is still with shit and we just flushed it away since it really disgusting and me can't tolerate with unhygienic toilet. after flush i pour a lot of the shampoo in the toilet to soak it. The very first time i stay in a hotel which the shit still floating in it.

Strategic location because it's close to places to eat.. Just walk to the center. But parking is difficult.. Public parking.. The place is always full. The staff is nice.. Friendly.. But it's an old hotel.. Looks old. The room is very small.. Not worth the price. Breakfast is just average. Repeat... Maybe no
