When we stayed, both the male and female receptionist was unfriendly and impolite. We were given a room with broken air conditioning, and worse, the Wi-Fi didn't work. There was no drinking water, coffee or tea sachet or kettle. The mattress and pillows were stained and dirty, as were the sheets. It's a shame this strategically located hotel isn't well-managed. Very dissapointed.

This hotel is simple but adequate for a business trip or a vacation with up to two people. It's strategically located near the MRT and monorail, with plenty of affordable restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the culinary-filled Jalan Alor at night. The rooms are clean with cool air conditioning, and the bathrooms are also clean (towels and soap are provided, but no toothbrush or toothpaste). The friendly staff even lends you an electrical converter. However, the rooms lack a telephone or TV.

The receptionist and the hotel owner were very friendly. We checked in at 1 AM and the extra room for 2 rooms was served very easily and quickly by the staff there. The location is very strategic, there is an elevator, there is a refill dispenser near the elevator, the location is easy to find for ordering Grabcar. The only downside is that 1 light in room number 215 was out, and the water tap in room 216 was not good. So far so good. Recommended ❤️ continued success YY38 hotel Bukit Bintang

The room cleanliness is bad. The water is not good. And the shower also cannot work.

If you want to stay, pay attention to what type of room you book. The problem is the room, I booked a room with a deluxe bed 2x according to the picture when I wanted to check in, but I got a deluxe one 1x. The hotel didn't want to take responsibility, they said we ordered the wrong room type, so we had to pay extra to add a bed. Luckily, Traveloka was willing to refund the additional costs I incurred even though it took 1 week. The location is close to Alor Street Food, about 5 minutes walk.

Coincidentally, I made an impromptu order and took a family room, there were 2 queen beds, the TV was really old school which used a tube, the room was basically basic. Near the hotel there are lots of people selling non-halal food, if you want to go to Jalan Alor nearby, it only takes 5 minutes to get there. Fill your own drinking water, provided in a gallon outside the room. No tea, sugar or coffee.

Don't like the hotel atmosphere. Because the place is not good for us to bring the children. I don't like the place.

For a low budget this hotel is very suitable

Unpleasant experience. The bathroom door suddenly wouldn't open. And when we asked for help the officers responded very, very slowly.

The staff is good, the location is close to everywhere so it's suitable to stay here.

I stay with family for five nights and have a pleasant experience. The room is clean, hot water is running perfectly, new towel everyday, and the front desk is very helpful thorough our stay. There is also a free dispenser at the hall near the room so its very convenience to get hot water for morning coffee. All is good, no complain.
