The room was as expected, only the pillow was hard and too high.

The service was good, the rooms were clean, and the food was delicious, especially the hot tea. However, the bathroom had one problem: the drain was clogged.

The first thing I encountered after checking in was that my key card wouldn't open the room. I went down to regenerate it, but it still didn't work. I had to go outside and then come back in to get it working. Secondly, around 11 PM, while I was sleeping, someone tried to open my room using my key card. I was so confused; they said they checked in for this room. How could they check in for the same room? About 20 minutes later, a staff member woke me up from my sleep. This time, I had a headache. The staff member asked if I was staying in the correct room. I was so confused; how could they ask that when I could access my room normally, and I checked in at 3 PM? Why didn't they contact each other? The communication system among the staff is really terrible. It's very disruptive to customers.

Everything was great, except there was no bidet in the bathroom.

Small room, hard bed, back pain when sleeping, small TV, only Chinese and Indian languages, unable to watch Netflix, room not clean, we stayed 2 nights, only one small tissue, no spare, no coffee, no coffee cups. This hotel is suitable for Indian, Chinese, Burmese, expensive and not impressive, one time is enough.

Couldn't sleep due to loud music at night during all the stay. Strong smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Not good experience at all.

Air conditioner in the room is hot. And the ground floor is not open air

We stay at the hotel before going to the hospital nearby next day. Room clean, large and Comfortable bed. Staff is helpful. we stay during Covid -19 protection policy then we have dine in room because restaurant was closed. Food is good quality and good taste. Big portion. Generally the hotel full of Chinese tourists but now country still close. So quiet hotel and worth for money if you come to Bangna Area.

The room is very clean, but the room doesn't have an injection hose. The breakfast is very delicious.

Great room, great services. I was please from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy particularly beddings exactly what I want.
