Yes staff are friendly and hotel room is spotlessly clean. Wish there are more hooks and clothes hangers for guest to use.

Staffs are multi tasked all the time. They are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast are tasty with food variety.

Only 5 minutes walk from xinbeitou train station. The downside is when its a rainy day because they don’t have fetch services. The room is very spacious. It’s very suitable for the couple and for honeymoon place.The onsen is big enough for 4person. The complimentary for breakfast was amazing too. There have many choice for you such as soup, porridge, dim sum, cereal, dessert, yogurt, coffee and so on. The breakfast start from 7am-10am. Overall we are very satisfied with the room and their service.

I booked a hot spring king room with garden view. The room actually looked better than the picture provided online. (First time ever!) Me and my bf both were satisfied to the max with our stay. The complimentary breakfast was amazing too, with so many yummy choices. (Dimsum, porridge, soup, stir fried, cereal, fruits, desserts, coffee/tea...) The staffs were so attentive with 100% service. Everyone bow with greeting when encountered. We will definitely come back to this hotel again the next time we visit Beitou. Thank you for your services.

The location is excellent with 5-8 minutes walking distance from MRT. The staffs are nice and the room is clean.

It was definitely not stated clearly up-front during booking, but the check in time was 11PM. I urge either the hotel or Expedia to look into making this much more clearly stated up-front. I had to top up and extra TWD1000 there to check in at 3pm. The room cleanliness and condition was also terrible. The safe was not working,the room door knob was jammed, there was still a half drank water bottle on the dresser table and the room was dusty.

Check your check-in time, mine was 2300, not 1100. My fault for overlooking, I paid extra US$50 to get in at 2pm. Big mistake. I found that other places offer normal check-in hours just for $7 more. Garden view is short of expectation, tall buildings around your window. The bedsheet has some smoke smell. Only two small sleep pillows for a queen bed. The breakfast is very good though. The spring water tub is big enough to stretch your legs. If I could choose again, I would have chosen a cheaper hotel near MTR. Walking from xinbeitou MTR(~8min walk on cobbled stone sidewalk, difficult to pull your luggage) should use opposite sidewalk, then cross the road. Sidewalk on the hotel side discontinues in the middle.

first time having your own hotspring in the room~ you get to soak in it whenever you wish to~ however the cleanliness of the room is not that good~ ants on the sofa and pillow cover is dusty and old

A short few minutes walk to the brilliant hotel. Room is very spacious. It would be better if the toilet is near the washroom.

Double check your reservation for check in time. Ours were 11pm check in - that is right. They rent out the room during the day. So I paid extra to get the room at 6pm. Otherwise - great place

飯店在白色的床單上放了一個「嚴禁吸煙」的牌子，超醒目的，內容也寫得很明確，一進房間就能感受到飯店對空氣品質的重視。像我這種對煙味很敏感的人，這樣的細節非常貼心，看到就覺得很安心又舒服。這樣的做法值得其他飯店效法，讓大家都能享受乾淨又清新的住宿環境。

員工態度良好及熱心幫助，房間狀況整潔，溫泉浴缸大，可兩日同時浸浴 唯早餐可選的款式較少，房內消耗性備品未用完便在整理房間時丟棄，有點浪費 不過整體來說體驗不俗，已在自己飯店的入住名單內，下次有機會會優先考慮
