The hotel staff is friendly and easy to get around. There's a food court next door.

The TV is broken. It's noisy. The furniture is dull. The sheets and towels are yellowing. I don't dare use them😒

The best thing about this hotel is its accessibility from everything. Hospital, malls, restaurants, and laundry are within walking distance. Not much room space, but everything is relatively clean. We had a very noisy next door neighbor so we complained to the front desk staff in the middle of the night and they took care of it immediately.

If possible, the staff could be a little friendlier when asked something, the room facilities are 2 beds, there is no refrigerator and no TV remote

The smell of chlorine/carbolic acid is so strong that it gives me a headache. The shower jet doesn't work. Otherwise, it's clean. The room is cramped.

Best staff, like 5-star service, nothing to complain about. Easy check-in. Near food area. Room clean. Will repeat stay again if come to Kuching.

Nice place to stay. Got food court with various dishes, near to Emart and Unaco. Got pharmacy too and near Borneo Hospital.

Don't expect too much; the amenities are commensurate with the price. The bathroom door is rotten, and there are cockroaches. It's not soundproof. Even the sound of opening a plastic bag from the next room can be clearly heard.

The reception service is very professional, very responsive, kind, friendly, highly recommended.
