My stay at the Mercure hotel was very nice; the location is excellent, walking distance to the cool area with all the restaurants and places of interest. The breakfast had a great variety and was plentiful.

My 5th or 6th stay there. Lovely refurbished older building. Great location. Dining options. Helpful staff.

Not a good breakfast. Limited options and not enough fruit. Really no restaurants nearby but good supermarket about 150 metres away. Shopping is about 10 minute walk. Hotel restaurant has difficultly with food quality and serving in English.

Room clean but a bit small and pricey. Staff:some friendly and some not. Breakfast is good but not excellent. Disliked elevator: only one (for 7 floors) and capacity for 2 persons. You may spend a lot of time waiting for.

This property is amazing and the staff is second to none. Alexandra, Jovana, Yalena and Alexander really made my two week stay absolutely exceptional. It was my second time here and will be sure to book again! Btw, great food and breakfast deals too! Keep up the great work !

This property had everything I needed. The Front desk was extremely hospitable, the breakfast team were super helpful and the security was second to none. Alex always made sure my room was nice and neat when I came in from work! :) I would absolutely recommend and stay again

Good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms though are average. Paper thin walls means you can hear every word for people next to you. The pillows were also lumpy. Requested and iron which was broken and had split cable making it dangerous.

Fantastic hotel! The staff are the most friendly and helpful I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, they were extremely helpful and they also prepared a birthday cake for one of my party. If i ever return to Belgrade i will definitely stay at this hotel again. Location wise it was perfect, right next to Serbian Parliament.

Good view, walkable staff friendly

1) NOISY - Although I had a nice room, there was no fan or AC working in the hotel (something about the city does not allow them to turn on until April) so that required that I keep my window at night open so as not to suffocate. Unfortunately, VERY LOUD street. 2) Breakfast is thoroughly uninspired and meager and 3) lack of bottled water avail in the evenings and the mini-bar came with just two cans of soda and a tiny bottle of water that was never replaced.

I stayed here 3 nights with family and everything was very good. The reception staff were all very helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and location was pretty walkable with bus stops also close by.

Excellent customer service from all staff! Fast check in and check out. Great food. Walking distance to main sights.

Nice hotel within the city center. No parking possibilities. Breakfast small but ok.
