The apartment was reasonably well appointed and comfortable enough for our stay, it is ample in size and space. There was mould in the bathroom which could be removed easily enough. The reception and concierge support was great. And without hassle. The location is good for access to banks, cafes and supermarkets and is central for most activities in Buenos Aires. There are a number of homeless people living adjacent to the apartment building near the large bins, but they did not make problems to the guests.

Overall had a really good stay here with my wife. The unit was fairly big, the bedroom was a decent size as well. The living room was unusable as their was no AC and the few days we stayed were quite hot. The only AC unit was the one in the bedroom, which was fine at night, but once the sun came out and the day got hotter it just couldn't keep up anymore.

Suites were very nice and large with full kitchen

My only complain is regarding the charge from Hotel.com (not sure if the hotel has something to do with this). Through time, I collected several free nights and I wanted to redeem one of them, but I was charged anyway.

I was eaten alive by bedbugs, horribly managed once I informed the staff. Also, many apartments are rentals, hence, when you have an extended stay, there's no privacy, no discretion; people getting into each other's business. Some of the local men made very inappropriate comments to me. I would not recommend for single women

Cheap and good

Brief stay before airport. Was able to accommodate me with an early check-in, which was really nice since I was leaving 5:30 pm that same day. Room was huge and really nice, with fully-stocked kitchenette, very clean, pool was smallish but quite enjoyable. Good wifi. Good location. Arranged car to the airport.

You have as accessible, but our accessible it is different then South America. The bathroom had only one bar and I could not get my walker through the door of the walking closet to get to the bathroom (the door was small too)

Everything OK but the room would be better with a small fridge for drinks or cool water.

This place has very poor guest service. The room was very basic and that is OK but there were multiple issues including not hotwater, Wi'Fi was not working and when I requested help from front desk they were very rude and not willing to help or even understand the issue. The beds were extremely small and the facilities are super old and not well maintained. I would not come back here for sure.

A good hotel, located in a good area. A bright large suite and a bright bathroom with windows. A friendly staff

It’s very well located , close to lots of interest landmarks of Buenos Aires . There are lots of shops around the corner . The hotel is safe, rooms are spacious , clean and very quiet .

Wifi spotty especially in the rooms, they need to upgrade their towel service to provide better new and quality towels. Pool hours are limited compared to other hotels in the area. Rather noisy from the street beow. Desk staff a are friendly and helpful.

Hotel very close to almost everything (walk distance), in the center of Buenos Aires.

Clean, newly renovated and functional. I ended up extending my stay, it was a super cozy place to explore Buenos Aires! Note that the elevators tend to break down (like in many places in Argentina...). If you're not a big fan of stairs, ask for a room at a lower level.
