Noise emanating from the AC unit and noise from toilet flushing

Good location, they need to improve the break fast,

It was located Near a lot of Dr office's and close to a lot of Restaurant, good location to move around.

So much noise at night and early in the morning, but the staff is adorable and respectful of our needs.

Lovely staff. Delicious breakfasts. Will stay there again.

The exterior of the hotel and lobby were beautiful and there was free breakfast but that's where the hotel's pro's ended. The con's: I had reserved the hotel online around 12noon and arrived after 3pm which is the check in time. The staff who were there, did not know anything about my 3-night stay even after I showed them my online reservation. Since they were not prepared for us, we had to wait for an hour to get a room. Once inside the room, we settled in and laid down. The air conditioner worked but was awkwardly positioned to blow cold air directly onto the beds, on our faces to be more exact, as we rested on the bed. This made it very uncomfortable to sleep or even lay down. The bathroom, leaked water on over half of the floor since day one. The air conditioner also dripped water and soaked two of my luggage and contents. Their solution? Mop and place clean towels on the floors to prevent further puddles or accident. Needless to say, we left on day two. When we told them why we were leaving, they still asked us to pay for the third night and staff couldn't care less about our experience at the hotel. Just aweful.

La habitación no cumplió con los parámetros especificados en la reserva, no tenía cama doble sino semi doble y pese a que se informó a los funcionarios no se resolvió la situación en las tres noches que estuvimos en el hotel

Excelente atención, ubicación y atención del personal.

Falta mmto a los equipos el AA no le funcionaba el control remoto

Las instalaciones de la propiedad super viejas. El techo en la habitación tenía filtración de agua. No vale la pena el precio que se paga por una noche.

El sanitario muy pequeño para personas discapacitadas

Hace unos años estuve allí ,para esa fecha tenia como un mejor servicio,en esta el desayuno no estaba incluido, decidimos tomarlo pero fue muy demorado todo como a plazos y no es que estuviese lleno solo habían dos personas mas,bebida calientes super frías, los cuartos caso nuestro la única ventana le construyeron el closet , la jabonera tenia residuos otros jabones , el bombillo cuarto nunca se pudo apagar ,toco quitar tarjeta.
