We had quite an enjoyable three-night stay at the Grand Hotel Palace. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff we met were wonderfully helpful and polite. The included breakfast was a real plus, served by very courteous waitresses. Our only gripe would be the noise level one night, with some guests being rather boisterous and extremely loud in the corridors late at midnight. A bit of a shame, but it doesn't overshadow what was otherwise a thoroughly commendable stay. Would happily return.

A fine choice of hotel. The room was clean and comfy. A good selection at breakfast including omelette cooked to order if that’s what you like. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Friendly Staff

We stay here regularly and always consistently excellent.

One cannot fault this hotel. The staff were superb.

The hotel is located in the port area of Ancona. It is a great spot to watch cruise ships and fairy boats come in and out of the port. There are many churches, which a few have a spectacular view. We were able to walk around much of the town and visit the open air market they had on Saturday. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and accommodating and helpful. The entire hotel looks fresh well done and was very comfortable. The only thing we had a negative on was how hard the bed was ha ha. I would highly recommend this on any trip to Italy to go to the Adriatic and stay here.

The property, actually, looked like the pictures! From check-in to check out everything went well. We were greeted warmly, the staff was attentive, kind, and accommodating. We, indeed, had a GRAND stay at the Grand Hotel Palace! Thanks to all for your hospitality!
