No kitchen in our room. Room was clean but we only had the cleaner come in twice in 6 nights. View was fabulous. Comfortable bed. Staff was super nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the Expedia site reported that this property has a hot tub but it does not. I am not sure whether the error is on the part of Expedia or the hotel, but I wanted to point that out.

The Aktiv was modern, clean. spacious and very well run. The location is perfect for restaurants, shopping and taking the cable car. I wish we would have stayed longer. 5 Stars Plus!!!

What a great hotel, service and location. Couldn’t be closer to the ski lifts for ski season - and a short walk from central Kitzbühel. Would definitely recommend and will likely stay there again

Fantastic very helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for us, great location for cable car and beautiful family sized room with brilliant view from balcony - a little more expensive to upgrade but well worth it. Clean and lovely hotel.

Great hotel with ski storage with locker, right beside the lift. 5 minute walk to the center of town. Room was clean and there were great winter hot drinks.

Great location and very good service. Sad there was no kettle in the room and the spa pool was cold. Particularly disappointing that the wellness area including the only steam room and sauna were nudist and not advertised as such until you arrived. Not fair when I happily paid for those facilities.
