Excellent service, very close to everywhere

Great short stay with friends, staff were excellent, especially the friendly receptionist and our Hungarian friend behind the bar in the evenings. Comfortable rooms with some stunning views. Very nice breakfast in the mornings.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from everything. I had a single room that was small but comfortable, with a great view over the town center.

Wonderfully staff great property and a incredible area to be in

We spent 2 weeks in Europe and this was our favourite stay! Authentic Austrian feel, GREAT staff and delightful check in. Town was great with lots of shopping and dining and kids loved having access to the pool facilities down the street. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in good location, the rooms are clean, friendly staff and very good breakfast. However, the room was very small and basic. We were not told that we are entitled to free entrance to the nearby pool, so we missed it. Overall, the price is very expensive for this type of hotel.

Lovely hotel. Ben is an amazing assett to the staff. All the staff are great. Breakfast a bit boring but that would be the only downside.

Easy check in with lots of are information given. Activity card included that includes bus or train transportation to nearby ski towns and many other options and discounts in St Johan. Breakfast buffet was very goid wit many selections to choose from. All staff friendly, professional and helpful. Sylvia in the bar and Julia treated us as very well. Local people were friendly and interesting conversation happened each night. Room was clean and comfortable with a comfortable bed and modern bath. Overall, excellent. Area is beautiful. Walking is easy. Would return in a moment and would recommend to others. Ski room for storage is spacious with an excellent boot dryer. Ski bus stops in front of hotel. It was a great choice.

Waren das zweite mal dort. Zimmerservice war beim letzten mal deutlich besser. Ist jetzt in Ungarischer Hand Frühstück Buffet ist o.k. aber kaum abwechslungsreich ( es gab nur zwei Schinkensorten ). Die anderen Gäste waren, sagen wir mal nicht ganz gut erzogen haben sich beim frühstücken teils barbarisch benommen. Werden wohl dieses Haus nicht mehr besuchen . Eigendlich schade ist sonst ein schönes Haus.
