Lovely staff, amazing wellness

Great facilities and staff

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Good value knowing the breakfast and the spa was included. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options.

The room bathrooms are rediculous. and that is putting it mildly. it makes no sense to have a window from the bed area straight into the bath room. if someone is using the bath room in the middle of the night, the other person is awakened. The bath room door is foolish. there is not enough space in the bath room. Truly, wnomever designed the bathroom must have been on drugs. The rest of the room was not much better. No place to put luggage. the furnishings were cheap and weird. The spa and restaurant were very nice. the setting was nice as well. The room was just weird and uncomfortable.

Everything about this place is amazing! That staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is very relaxing. A perfect romantic getaway!! An extra bonus I loved what that they have mopeds you can rent for 3 hours for free at the hotel! Such a great add on!

Loisium has earned its place as the second home of mine in Austria. Been there for almost 30 times. And the reasons are always the same - location, design, wine, food, service. It’s a place of serenity and calmness. Something that is so different from city or any other spa. Cosy in side, world class architecture, local in tastes and service.

Liked: - Modern design and decor - Breakfast was great - Clean room - Friendly staff Not so happy about: - air circulation unit making intermittent loud noises during the evening, waking us up on multiple occasions during the night - the shower was in a bath tub, and the bath tub was quite high meaning you have to take a big step to get into and out of the shower. I can imagine it being an even bigger issue for older less mobile people

Great views of the wine region from the balcony, very good modern restaurant with excellent local wines. Rooms a bit awkward in their design, but comfortable. English spoken by some of the staff.

The services offered by the hotel are very guest orientated. The staff was very helpful on all of my requests which included special walking tours, special purchases in the area and reservations. The spa area was fine but the seating arrangements seemed to be a bit crowded. It might help to explain upon arrival that the spa is in mixed company.

Tolles Hotel, schöner Wellnessbereich aber sehr unpersönlich und etwas überfordert mit all den Gästen. Auch eine große Frühstücksauswahl aber zb das Brot und Gebäck nicht gut. Es fehlt überall die Liebe zum Detail.

Zimmer okay. Tablet im Zimmer für uns unnötig. Wasserkocher bzw Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre von Vorteil. Keine Tische frei beim Abendessen für Hotelgäste, man müsste anscheinend schon Tage vorher reservieren, da auch Gäste nur zum Essen kommen, genauso beim Frühstück und im Spa-Bereich! Durch Tagesgäste überall total überfüllt. Man fühlt sich da als Hotelgast nicht sehr wohl. Das Frühstück ist allerdings ausgezeichnet, tolles Gebäck und große Auswahl. Leider aber auch hier zu viele Gäste und wie überall (Bars etc.) komplett überfordertes, unorganisiertes Personal. Wenn dann auch noch eine Kaffeemaschine kaputt ist und nur eine für all die Gäste zur Verfügung steht, ist das Chaos perfekt. Auch in der Vinothek unfähiges, nicht geschultes Personal. Von Wein keine Ahnung, null Beratung. Der junge Mann hinter der Bar konnte nichtmal eine Weinflasche öffnen. Wir wollten eigentlich Weine einkaufen, doch das haben wir uns dann überlegt. Schade. Somit war der Aufenthalt für uns leider nur okay.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Preis-Leistung sind aus meiner Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt.
