This is not a 4 stars hotel. The rooms are smoker rooms (they do not separate rooms for non-smokers) and the room I had smelled really bad. The food (breakfast) is mediocre and the service is bellow average. The place is difficult to reach and the parking was difficult, with multiple places fully used and a garage with difficult access. The room furniture is very basic. The views are very good, that is the highlight of the hotel. Not comparable to all other 4* hotels that I reserved in the region.

The whole property is really dated and definitely needs some renovation. The mattresses in our room were really worn-out and restful nights weren’t possible. The mirror in the bathroom was damaged and just fixed with some tape. No storage area next to the sink and a slighty moldy shower head. There is a terrace next to the breakfast area so you could eat your breakfast outside - if you like it with a smell of cigaretts (there were a lot of smokers!) There is no seperate area for non-smokers, so we felt very bothered by it. I stayed in a couple of Italian 4-star-hotels already (so I know what to expect) but this one didn’t feel like one. Especially after I tried to shower after 10pm and all I got was cold water. The only positive was the great view of the lake from the balcony. I would not recommend the hotel at all and will not book it again.

The room was superb and with a great view overlooking Lake Garda. The All inclusive stay included breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages and a sumptuous snack table. The service excellent and the view were stunning.

This hotel is a true gem in the heart of Toscalano Lake Garda. Staff were excellent & very welcoming. Amazing views, great service overall. Hotel is aging a little, but this did not impact our stay & would totally recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Clean comfortable room, very small balcony with breathtaking view on the lake.Unfortunately no separating panels between balconies ..you could chat with your neighbours but also inhale intensely all day long the cigarette smoke they produced non stop as smoking on balcony or outside was allowed. Very annoying. But the food was excellent, good choice and three pools ! Once you found out how to get to the hotel on a narrow road on the hill it was a very beautiful stay.

Although Hotel Piccolo Paradiso is blessed by a great location overlooking Toscolano Maderno on Lake Garda, the hotel itself is a serious disappointment and in no way merits it's four star rating, but rather that of a mediocre three star hotel. Our room was not nice - the bed uncomfortable, bathroom small, shower not good, and general condition of the room poor and a bit dirty. The hotel only offers full board, but the dining room is reminiscent of a university dining hall rather than a four star hotel restaurant. Breakfast and lunch were quite poor and self-service, although dinner was somewhat better. The waiters are frequently in bad temper as they work seven days a week, without a day off, on a rolling one month contract. Regarding Covid regulations, no one seemed to care... The hotel has three pools, but not much else. There is no entertainment in the evenings. You need a car. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hôtel situé sur les hauteurs du lac de Garde. Acces par une petiye route sir 2 kms. L'hôtel est composé de 3 bâtiments, 3 piscines donc une réservée aux adultes, et 3 parkings.

Die einschlägigen Apps sagten mir mit knapp 200€ pro Nacht für 2 Personen sei es ein (Last Minute) Schnäppchen. Nein, das war es nicht. Es handelt sich um ein lieblos bewirtschaftetes low Budget Hotel mit schöner Aussicht. Es ist aber schwer in die Jahre gekommen und im Todeskampf, hätte aber einen Neustart verdient. Vorweg: Ja bereits unser erster Eindruck war negativ und hat vielleicht auch die späteren Erfahrungen beeinflusst. Gebucht war ein extra großes Zimmer mit 3. Schlafplatz. Bekommen haben wir zumindest gem. Evakuierungsplan das kleinste Zimmer in dem man gerade so um das einzige Bett gehen konnte. Meine Rückfrage an der Rezeption wurde sehr seltsam abgetan. „Ja wissen wir, aber wir dachten ein Erwachsener mit [pubertierenden] Kind braucht nicht so viel Platz.“ Das ich ja auch mehr gezahlt habe wurde als Pech bezeichnet, da ich über Expedia gebucht habe sei da nichts machbar. Später mehr dazu. - Sauberkeit: wenn man das Zimmer betritt kommt einem intensiver Geruch eines Chlorreinigers entgegen. Nach einmal Spülen stellt man fest, es handelt sich nicht um die für Südeuropa nicht untypische Reinigung handelt, da der Geruch dann durch einen dezenten Fäkaliengeruch abgelöst wird. Auf den Tischen im öffentlichen Bereich kommt immer mal jemand vorbei der den Schmutz verteilt, mit einer Sprühflasche bewaffnet und etwas Küchenkrepp der für alle Tische reichen muss. Wenn man größer als 1,85m ist, kann man leider auch auf die Kaffeemaschinen gucken mehr Zeichen habe ich nicht

Det hele virkede lidt slidt og gammeldags. Billederne snyder meget i forhold til virkeligheden. Vil ikke besøge dette sted igen selvom det havde en fantastisk udsigt.

El hotel está en una localización privilegiada, con piscinas en la que te puedes relajar con vista al lago. Las instalaciones están bien, sin mucho lujo pero funcionales.

Cet un établissement atypique de part sa structure qui ne ressemble à aucun hôtel club à ma connaissance. L'hotel est divisé en plusieurs bâtiments répartis sur une colline, peut être contraignant pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés à se déplacer. La chambre vue lac est époustouflante ! Les 3 piscines offrent des ambiances différentes. Le responsable de l'hôtel est super sympa et nous a bien rendu service. D'ailleurs tout le personnel est aux petits oignons avec les clients, une véritable ambiance familiale.
