Great welcome and friendliness of the team

We had great time at Hotel Nuovo Savi, the staff is kind and efficient, breakfast is very good, the rooms are quite clean. The location is great, as it is close to train station as well as the city center. The building and the rooms require renovation, but for us it was not a problem.

Great breakfast and restaurants near by. Parking on the street. Nice pool.

Absolutely fabulous stay - the staff were amazing and so friendly. One staff member speaks fluent English so no communication difficulties. Room not huge, but lovely bathroom and big balcony with views over the hills. Incredible swimming pool!

Fantastic location right in the centre of Montecatini terme A beautiful town. All the staff were fantastic all spoke some form of English and all smiled beautifully Room was ok, but for the price fantastic. No parking we had to drive around to find a parking place on the street, but only 4euros for all night

Hotel a pochi passi dalla Ztl di Montecatini Terme e dal centro. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera nel palazzo situato di fronte all'hotel, dove era presente anche la piscina. Camera pulita. Buona la colazione e tutto il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, essendo a ridosso della ztl, bisogna un po' girare nelle vicinanze dell'hotel per trovarne uno disponibile a pagamento nelle strisce blu ma c'è una convenzione giornaliera per i clienti dell'albergo. Consiglio una visita a Montecatini Alto.

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cet établissement cette année chambre propre spacieuse amis motard il y a un parking pour les motos sous l'hôtel en plein centre-ville nickel.

Hôtel bien situé dans le centre ville.parking souterrain pour les moto.chambre calme.bien équipé avec clim et frigo.bon pdj.possible resto sur place ou plein de possibilités aussi dans le centre.

No he podido dormir. El hotel está en la misma calle principal y hubo mucho ruido toda la noche. Probablemente las habitaciones no están debidamente insonorizadas.

Personale accogliente e camera carina

Sono anni che ci rechiamo presso la struttura ed ogni volta ci sentiamo a casa. Pulizia e serietà la fanno da padrone. Personale cortese e gentile. E poi la signora Marisa che verve. Grazie di cuore.

Camera completamente diversa dalle foto presenti in fase di prenotazione, avevo chiesto una matrimoniale e mi sono ritrovato con due letti singoli che venivano tenuti insienme solo dal coprimaterasso, buchi con muffa sul soffitto, colazione pessima (non sono riuscito nemmeno a bere il caffè), ragazza in reception non in grado di dare nemmeno info su dove posteggiare l'auto, sembrava quasi scocciata. Più che economy la definirei ostello.
