Good hotel and a nice clean room. The bathroom however is very small with a shower cubicle only suitable for a child. The air condition was already set to heating only despite being in early October and the room was boiling. TV needs binoculars to be able to watch anything - no larger than a laptop! Staff were very helpful, quickly responding to all requests, and breakfast is satisfactory.

This hotel needs complete renovation. Our room was clean but well worn. We ate in hotel restaurant which is by lake with lovely views but is not as clean as we like. Cutlery was marked and unpolished. The food for dinner was of poor quality and we would not recommend dining there. Breakfast was served in main hotel and was simple and plentiful. We will not be visiting there again.

Nice hotel, very well maintained, very clean and tidy room, great view of the lake from the balcony and decent breakfast. Air condition was weak and set up at a high temp making rooms slightly hot. Bed and pillows were not quite comfy.

When I arrived the staff were expecting me and checking in only took a couple minutes. I got a room with a beautiful view of the lake. Great location if you have a car. It's only 45min from the airport.

The hotel seemed a lot older and worn down compared to the photos. The breakfast was very good.

Spent a most enjoyable time, good to have a car to explore other areas, many interesting places to visit plus some good walks especially in shaded woods which was cooler. Swam in the lake every day, visited other towns,

This hotel was reviewed highly by other travellers so it was disappointing to arrive and find a very tired and run down place. We weren't expecting it to be modern but it wasn't particularly clean, the air conditioning didn't cool properly and as we were travelling with a baby it was very tough in the 30+ degree heat for him. Our toilet didn't flush so we called the front desk and staff were quick to try attend to it although the problem had returned by the time we were ready to leave the next morning.

Hotel overlooks lake Bracciano and many rooms have balconies. Rooms are very clean but not super big. Hotel staff very helpful, restaurant less so.

This is a proper hotel: multi-story, big lobby, extremely helpful staffs, decently sized rooms, and most importantly it is very clean. On sunny a day, there is also a nice view of the lake. Driving is highly recommended if you want to access this hotel. If you are hungry but are too lazy to get back into town center, there is a restaurant near the shore not far from the hotel.

This hotel is situated about 35km north of Rome, a couple of km north of the town of Bracciano. Having your own car is essential for exploring the surrounding area. The hotel is spacious and clean with onsite parking (open air). A separate restaurant is also located on the site. The hotel is less than 20 yrs old; its interior has a lovely art deco feel to it, with whitewashed walls and light timber details. Staff are pleasant and helpful with adequate English. There are passenger lifts to the upper floors. The rooms on the front side of the hotel overlook untidy countryside, whereas in complete contrast those on the rear side have stunning views of Lake Bracciano. (I would recommend you request a lake-facing room). An adequate continental breakfast was included which was self-service. All-in-all, this is a pleasant hotel with sensibly priced rooms.

We spent the night before picking up friends at the Rome airport (38km away). Our room had a large balcony facing the lake with great views. The room was large, clean and well-decorated and included a good, reasonably firm mattress. The bathroom was very adequate and included a bidet. The hotel has free WIFI. Breakfast was very good and served either in a room with view of the lake or on a 2nd floor terrace, also with good lake view; a young addendant fixes cappachino or coffee to order. Plenty of free parking. The hotel has a large swimming pool, tennis courts and a beach as well as other activities. The hotel is easy to find and it is on the road that goes around the lake (much easier than driving through the town). There are a number of excellent restaurants nearby. This is a very nice hotel, with great views (including sunrise over the lake and the castle to the south), that is close to Rome and to the airport, but it is also a good destination hotel. We will stay again, especially the night before catching a flight at the airport. Hotel cost is very reasonable.

The staff were all lovely, and very keen to help. The breakfast was very nice and there was good choices. The surrounding place was also lovely and there was really nice views. However, the bathroom was not very nice and was damaged an mouldy. The room did not seem worth the price when we had spent less for hostels and had much better rooms. It didn't have good air con, and lacked any character at all. Loud music was played around the pool all day so it wasn't relaxing, and all other facilities need to be paid extra for such as gym and spa. The place was okay but you really need a car to be able to get away from it and explore, and it isn't really worth the price when there are better cheaper alternatives.

Great location!!! Right on the lake!!! Close to town & the castle!!! The staff is top of the line !!!!!! The hotel could use a little paint. The staff is GREAT!!!! Excellent swimming pool with a view of the lake!!!! GREAT staff!!!!!!

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed every minute. Fantastic views, lovely clean pool and service was excellent. Look forward to a return trip.

La posizione dell' hotel è davvero suggestiva ma , secondo il mio parere, andrebbe rinnovato. Struttura un po datata ma con qualche accorgimento potrebbe ritrovare lo splendore di un tempo.

Bella posizione in riva al lago. Struttura grande, con tutte le comodità e una buona colazione. Gli arredi e i sanitari avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata, come in quasi tutte le strutture della zona.

Rummet var gammalt, rent men slitet, badrummet var både gammalt och slitet. Kalkrester på kakel och glas inte helt rent. Fin balkong mot sjön. Jag bokade rummet för simbassängens skull, den hade inget vatten. Väldigt besviken över detta.
