The stay was fine. The breakfast was ok though there could have been a wider hot selection as it was just various egg options. The room we stayed in was in need of an update but it was functional and the bed was comfortable. Free parking was a bonus. Bus stop nearby and S-bahn train only 15 mins walk away. Staff were helpful.

The hotel website states they have a restaurant and bar/deli neither of which is true. This is not acceptable and must contravene allowed descriptors. I only booked this hotel, which is an hour from the city centre, for the restaurant. As a solo woman traveller I specifically wanted an on-site restaurant. They do have a vending machine with 1 can of stew which I had to buy as I didn’t have anything to eat for dinner. I tried twice, payment accepted but no stew! So I had no dinner that evening. Good price. Free parking. Breakfast to my satisfaction. Kommunication vi bus, U-bahn to central city.

In a very tight street away from the city. Limited parking and old rustic rooms. Towels almost paper thin and lighting and internet very weak!

The guy on the reception and the guy serving the breakfast were both very friendly and very helpful. Certainly to be recommended. Otherwise the hotel was good but not spectacular but good value for money and we’d definitely use it again when we return to Vienna. A good choice.

If you do like suburbs, this is the ideal spot. Clean modern hotel, excellent customer support.

Clean hotel and very Friendly staff . Spacious rooms. Hotel is not on main road or highway and had no nearby shops or retails Hotel has no room service and staff leaves at 9 PM till 7 am and hotel is unattended ( perhaps one staff on night duty but reception desk is closed and hotel door is locked) In summer this hotel could be difficult to stay in without air conditioning

Sicherer Parkplatz beim Hotel, sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr guter Service beim Frühstück.

Wirklich sehr bemühte, freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, hier steht die Menschlichkeit im Vordergrund, schön das es sowas noch gibt ! Herzlichen Dank !!! Frühstück war auch spitze, ausreichend Parkplätze!

Die Lobby war lichtdurchflutet und sehr angenehm gestaltet mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Nicht weit entfernt gab es eine Bar und Cafeteria/Restaurant. Das Zimmer von mir war in der ersten Etage. Zugang über Treppe oder Aufzug möglich. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war sehr altbacken mMn. Massiver Holzschrank, Holzschreibtisch mit Minibar und Nachttisch. Die Fenster hatten Rollos und zweierlei Gardienen wobei eine zum Verdunkeln diente. Leider gab es nur in der 3. Etage klimatisierte Zimmer und in den anderen Etagen nur Ventilatoren. Bei den aktuellen Temperaturen in Wien zu der Zeit (30-35 Grad) schon mehr eine Zumutung da es Abends nicht abgekühlt hat. Zum Schlafen war das Zimmer aber ausreichend. Das Personal war freundlich und hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt sofern es machbar war.
