A/C Breakers Off.. I had to call service to support.. quick response and issue resolved in few minutes. Little more info or clear instructions to follow on confirmation message would help much. No labels on elevator, or signs to go to 3rd floor hotel reception. Had to call in to phone noted in entry door to get directions! After that.. key and room acces.. Ok. Room very clean, bed comfy and hot water in shower..! The basics all included.

The auto checkin was hard cause they didnt actually give us the reservation code. But we had to turn on our sim card to be able to call the number and they gave us the code. Wayyyy too expensive for what it was, but we were desperate after our vrbo cancelled on us. Another weird thing was theres just one long pillow on the bed, not very comfortable. But the ac was good, water pressure in the shower was good, and the terrace was kinda nice. Low rating for overpriced accomodation.

Ita right next to plaza mayor right in the middle of Madrid you can walk anywhere... But if you hace any issues the staff Is non-existing

This property Is very very well located, but the check-in process Is automated, the staff Is never there, nobody answers the phone, the key card stops working very day and they charged me again for my reservation at check-in... Beware... I saw a korean couple stranded with no place to sleep at 2 AM.... I've still to recieve my refund... Only for the most adventurous turists... If you like no frills experiences THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU

The hotel staff did not empty the water jug for the air con before we checked in to our room, so the air con kept dripping water onto the bed. The check in process was also quite chaotic. We struggled to check in so we let the guests next in the queue to go first, but they also couldn't check in. Check-in was like a puzzle game all the guests trying to solve together.

Great location, and very basic everything else. You get a bed, a wardrobe, towels and a bathroom. Far from the pictures showed on the website. The auto check-in doesn't work.

My Card didn’t worked after like 4 hours and the machine was not able to fix the card so I was stuck out of my room until a cleaning lady came back.

Hotel is at excellent location, but the check in process is very BAD. Guests have to help each other to check in. First, no one is there, when you arrive, many tourists did not get the code to open the door, many people have to wait outside waiting for someone to open the building door. Hostel has to know that many tourits do not have cell phone service in Spain since many of us do not live there. They should have someone there to prevent this kind of situations. Or the door ring should be connected to the administrator phone in case of help.

Unfortunately the room smells bad. People smoke so bad😮‍💨

No staff onsite, did auto check in and the choice for scanning was not available even though it was listed. Super convenient and a bunch of dining options nearby.

While very simple I appreciated the price and convenience of the location. It was also very clean.

only good thing was the location. tv didn’t work. we didn’t have hot water for the two nights we stayed there. our room smelled so bad. there were little ants in our shower (not the biggest of issues). the soap dispenser in our shower was out for our entire stay. you weren’t allowed to eat or drink anything in the room. there were “quiet hours” every night starting at 11pm. we had to go 5 flights of stairs to our room. our room door wasn’t locking. would stay here again if every other hotel was booked.

Room was a little smelly but price and location was worth it

The check-in system does not work! Every day we saw crowds trying to check-in and completely bewildered (whether they spoke Spanish or English).
