The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly, helpful and happy to accommodate our requests. We purchased the breakfast when we booked our rooms and it was very good. It did not disappoint.the bed was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Dora. If we ever get the opportunity to come back to Levanto Italy, we would definitely stay there again.

We loved our check-in, breakfast and the room was clean. However, the air conditioner unit malfunctioned and we asked the man at the desk for help and he said it was on a timer and wouldnt work again until 06:30. This was at 21:00 that he said this to us. Even with wondows open the room was 28c all night and we didnt get any good sleep. I recommend checking your air conditioner unit for error code "E4" and if it says that asl for a different room. I was disappointed about the loss of sleep because it was so hot and withthe windows open the street noise was very loud.

Fantastic apartment for a large family, clean and comfortable and very spacious, very close to the railway station, boat station, beach, restaurants and shops. The grocery shop is in the same building. Well equipped kitchen. Just wish we could stay longer. Parking place available. Great stay! We will be back soon, thank you, Hotel Dora management.

I have stayed there before.. Everyhing was great. They have a wonderful included breakfast.

Felt violated and disturbed! On last night, housekeeping UNZIPPED bags and pulled things out, moved everything around. Front desk claimed maybe they were "just cleaning," and didn't seem overly sympathetic. Happy we kept our money in the safe higher value items with us, and that nothing seemed to be missing. They even pulled my dirty underwear out! LOL! In the breakfast room, we felt staff were watching us and pointing - not sure what was happening here, but it felt very uncomfortable and like we were being targetted. They also turned off the A/C during a heat wave, so we came back to a roasting hot room with all of our stuff rummaged through. Never experienced anything like this in 20 years of travel. Please be very careful, and consider staying elsewhere. We only stayed here because it was one of two options left for a last minute trip.

The property was very clean. Walking distance to everything including train station and beach. Lavanto was a lovely town.

We have stayed in the hotel Dora four times now. This time the air conditioner was a problem. The room was quite hot and the air conditioner was blowing warm air. After contacting the front desk twice nothing was really resolved. One time someone offered us a fan but never delivered. We wound up purchasing our own fan to solve the problem.

Condom left in the toilet, no social distancing at breakfast, bed not very comfortable. Over priced for what it is. Parking was a benefit.

The location was amazing, an easy walk to the beach or the train station. The room was quaint but all we needed. It was very nice to have the breakfast buffet!

What I didn't like was that at Breakfast they only had single-use plastic cups for the drinks (water orange juice). This is so wasteful and there is no need to use plastic instead of glass.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, close to train station, beach, restaurants and across the street from super market. Breakfast could be better, it’s mainly sweets and breads.

Nice local hotel with lovely food. One issue was that he air conditioning did not work. They did provide a fan but I suspect the a/c had. Web broken for a while.

Good location. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Bed/pillows are hard and uncomfortable.

Atmosfera anni '70 in una struttura per altro estremamente comoda a partire dal parcheggio e dalla posizione (pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, dal centro e dalla stazione FS) passando per la stanza per finire alla colazione, varia e di qualità.

Trevligt läge, nära till allt. Bra service! Dock. Vi trodde vi hade beställt ett hotellrum men fick en lägenhet vid sidan om. Väldigt högljutt från folk med gaffeltruck som levererade varor till affären som var i samma hus. Skräpig uteplats på grund av grannarna ovanifrån.

Excellent séjour, parfait pour la rando aux cinq terres , à,3 minutes à pied de la gare'. Repas du soir pris sur place très bien servis bons et copieux Personnel gracieux.

Ottima la posizione dell'hotel: luogo silenzioso ma a pochi passi dal centro e dalla stazione. Grande disponibilità della padrona a soddisfare ogni richiesta; pulitissimi camera e bagno, anche se piccolo; colazione super (sia dolce che salata) con numerose torte fatte in casa eccellenti; godibile il terrazzo antistante l'hotel e il parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti. L'unica criticità è stata l'assenza, nella nostra sistemazione, di un filo per stendere almeno i costumi lavati. Ci torneremo!
