Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.

Check-in was fast and the service was friendly. It's close to the main road, making it easily accessible. What was important to me and my family was the proximity to the street vendors selling Surabaya's signature food.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. What I like is the parking lot, though not very spacious, is still adequate. Even if it's full, you can just leave the key with the security guard and the car will still be parked in a spot without a long valley. The hotel's location is close to downtown Surabaya, so in the morning I walked to Jalan Tunjungan, one of Surabaya's iconic spots.

Maybe a little need to be fixed on the room door, coincidentally the door handle was a bit difficult to turn in the room I got, but it can still be fixed. overall I feel happy and comfortable staying here overnight. the room and bathroom are clean, toiletries have toothpaste and toothbrush, soap is also provided, there is also hand soap near the sink, hot water works well and smoothly, hair dryer is also provided and there is a fan too, AC and TV work well, maybe the channel choices are not too many.
