Super kind and nice host. Rooms are quiet and have everything you expect.

What a treat to stay at such a beautiful well cared for hotel. Our room was wonderful, the hosts were very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Overall, Het Wapen van Enkhuizen was a nice place to stay and would stay again. Thje hosts were very friendly and the room was comfortable for my 1-night stay. The location was good too, I was able to find some time to walk around and explore Enkhuizen with no issues. The two shower curtains in the bathroom slid to wall off the water. But, because the shower was so small, the curtains would stick on to my wet body as I washed, which was a little uncomfortable because I wasn't sure how often they were removed and clean.

Very nice staff and great breakfast. For those Americans driving to the hotel, be prepared for very narrow roads. Very close to the Zuiderzee Museum. Highly recommended. Only con was the lack of a shower fan.

The owner was friendly and helpful, especially with storage of our bikes inside. The room was lovely, clean and warm. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend

Great friendly service, a nice room, a good breakfast, and a safe place to store my bicycle overnight and the next day while I toured this wonderful small city. I was very happy with my stay at Het Wapen van Enkhuizen.

Nice, spacious family room. Great breakfast. We also had a storage to park our rented bikes. Very close to the city centre and train station. There are a few nice restaurants close by. Overall a good stay (it was an unusually hot day for the Netherlands so keep that in mind -- most hotels do not have A.C or ceiling fan so our first night was bit uncomfortable due to that).

This is an older establishment off the beaten track, but since Enkhuizen is so small, that doesn't matter at all. The pluses here are many and vastly outweigh the negatives: 1) Awesome staff who not only greet our luggage service, they carried it upstairs to be sure it was in our room for us on arrival. 2) Awesome owners with whom we enjoyed a wonderful conversation in the evening about the area, biking, living in the US vs. Europe, and the local carillon club. 3) A great breakfast right on site. Some down sides: 1) it's an older establishment and like much of Europe there is no central air. 2) The room/bathroom was pretty small.

Enjoyed 3 nights here. Stylish & welcoming. Central, quiet location next to City Hall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will certainly consider returning when we next visit Enkhuizen.

Opposite want looks like a sea captains hous built in about 1650. Good service and very friendly.

The staff was very accommodating. I had to leave at 4:00 AM for my flight and they left a bagged breakfast for me at the door. Very quaint hotel...I will stay again when I return on business.

Wir haben kürzlich unseren Urlaub im Het Wapen van Enkhuizen verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Hotel sehr gepflegt und sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal sowie den herzlichen Inhaber – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
