The best thing from the hotel is the staff is super friendly even though this is a budget hotel. I stayed here 2 times already and would come back again.

The staff was very friendly and helped me with my baggage, the room was clean, and the location [is] overall like 5 min away per foot from KL Sentral. The only negative thing is that the generator in my room, which is in an extra room, was soo loud it even woke me up.

Staff & service is very good. Cleanliness is well taken care of, too.

AC is not working properly, interior not clean

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful during my check-in late after midnight. The room was super spacious, clean, with amenities beyond expectation such as water kettle, mini fridge, hot shower, iron, and hair dryer. The view was amazing, and the proximity to KL Sentral had me sold. Beyond expectation given the price of a night stay. Perfect for getting some rest before/after travelling to/from KL Sentral.

Everything was good for a work traveler

Stayed 3 nights in total, booking independently each day. Location not too far to walk from KL Sentral, which is where the airport bus drop-off point is. It can be confusing exiting KL Sentral as it is a transport hub station and a massive shopping mall combined. The room was fine for a solo traveler; however, I found out after 2 nights I had been upgraded (apparently) from the reservation I initially made. It was nice to see carpet tiles and UK plug sockets in the room, having been in SE Asia 8 months and tired of dirty feet from hard floors in the 150+ rooms I've stayed in. The bed was comfortable, the linen was crisp, the AC worked well, and there was a ceiling fan. Wi-Fi was stable enough for me to use my HDMI streaming device on the TV. The shower was hot, which was great after a sweaty day walking around KL. Minor issues were road noise as right on a major road and by a train track. The mini fridge was not working in my room, but when I reported this to staff, it was swapped out with a working one. Housekeeping was done daily, and complimentary water/coffee is provided. There was also an iron and board if needed. It's a compact room but was functional enough for me. I checked out as was heading to Penang but overall a comfortable stay and recommended.

Extremely well-maintained property in a peaceful area. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. Rajesh, who is one of the staff there, is a very helpful and polite person. The room was nice too, with all amenities provided.

Even though it was a festive period, the Indian staff were very helpful, friendly, and cheerful while working on Deepavali. Their positive attitude really made a difference to my stay. They truly deserve recognition or a reward for their dedication during the festival.

The hotel staff was friendly and responsive. The first day, our room's AC was having problems, so we and our baby couldn't sleep all night. The next day, we informed the receptionist, who immediately followed up and had it repaired by an engineer. We recommend that the hotel be renovated.

The aircon control panel is destroyed. It seems that the hotel management or staff doesn’t bother about the electronic gadget inside the room. Asking customer if it had been reported to the hotel team, i simply replied the room is there all the while & it has been subjected to numerous cleaning services & yet the hotel is waiting for a report before remedial action need to be taken.

It's good overall if you're looking for a budget hotel.

I think this hotel is a suitable hotel at an average price for a business trip. It is very near the Nu Sentral Shopping mall, which is very convenient for me while I do not have so much free time to go to the further shopping center places. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I had a very good experience here.

I booked and paid for the room price including breakfast, but the hotel stated that my booking did not include breakfast and I had to pay for it. Is it a problem with Traveloka or the hotel?

Had a pleasant stay. Would return to this hotel in the future.
