This is a pretty expensive hotel. Hotel isn't that good as on pics here. Heating didn't work in my room. Brekfast was disgusted. Receptionist was pretty bad too. I would never come back here.

- Very poor condition, considering it is a 4 star hotel. The lack of fridge and a/c is a minus especially during summer. The worst point of my stay was the water temperature. It couldn't be stable for more than 30 seconds, really annoying. + The bed was quite comfy and the crew very friendly and professional

Good hotel right by motorway. Half hour walk into pretty Old Town

Bit hard to find. Follow the Mac Donald's sign. Nice lobby for work ing on laptops.

From the outside the Postillion looks like a traditional conference centre hotel but the interior reflects a modern and fresh blend of hotel and business. Facilities are good though perhaps more focused on the business traveller or meeting. Room clean, comfortable with all your basic needs. Location is easy reach of main highways and town centre. Food was good , bar a little plain but staff were helpful and good.

I stay here on every trip to the region. It is clean and quiet with attentive staff.

It was a business trip only

Perfect location for my business trip. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were excellent. The food was really good quality and tasty and reasonably priced. High speed wifi free throughout. The only real negatives were far too soft beds, I had a bad back after my 3 night stay. Also lack of toiletries in the rooms and poor lighting in the rooms.

The Postillion has been established as a hotel especially suitable for business groups and meetings. Situated just outside Deventer, beside the highway to Zutphen, it is close to the good bus service into Deventer. It is also aiming at the general market. It is in a peaceful location, quiet and near a developing water-scape. It is an attractive alternative to those wishing to be closer to Deventer but not willing to pay the higher prices of the hotels within the old city itself.
