No hot water in the room Poor quality breakfast and restrictive policies

This was a nice hotel with helpful staff and a reasobabke breakfast.

The staff was awesome!! Cooked to order breakfast was awesome too! A suggestion would be for them to get blackout curtains that would help knock down the noise and light on rooms that face the street.

The staff here are amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. Good location.

Decent hotel, very friendly staff. Not alot within walking distance except 1 nice restaurant. Only complaint was bed was as firm as i have ever experienced. I ached like i had slept on the floor. Oversized firm pillows disnt help. Asked and recieved extra pillows that werent so firm which helped, but it wasnt good sleeping for either of us. I feel bad saying as the staff was so great

My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was dated and had carpet, and as a result the room had a bit of a musty smell. I noticed however that some of the floors in other rooms were wood laminate, so it looks like they’re renovating a bit. The staff was lovely. Always helpful, professional and friendly. One nice perk is that you can order the complimentary breakfast directly to the room. The area doesn’t have a whole lot to do immediately around the hotel. It’s on the edge of Barranco, not in the cute trendy part, but it is only a short drive or 20-30 min walk to reach the heart of Barranco or Miraflores. I’d happily stay there again and request one of the updated rooms.

my experiences in the hotel was a nice and has excellent services aim very happy and satisfied with all care they give us.

The hot tub was amazing after a few delayed flights, but it took forevvvvvverrrrr for the water to come out. The bed was also really hard. Bit it was in the Barranco district and kinda close to a nice park and bridge. Really nice at night!

Hotel is located in a safe area of town, but not in the heart of it all. We arrived in September, during the colder season, and it would have been nice to have heaters provided in the rooms. The rooms are clean and spacious, but could use some upgrading, especially the linens.

We checked in, they gave us a smoking room even though it was listed as non. My friend got bit by a bed bug within 10 minutes, and we left. They refunded us approximately 1/3 of our money and nobody spoke English that about sums it up. Didn't even stY half an hour and lost a couple of hundred dollars. They have no business charging as much as they do.

The rooms are clean, huge and complete with kitchonettes. The best part is the balcony with an amazing view, it's quieter and more relaxed than some of the other hotels in the new city buisness area that I've stayed in. From now on I will only stay here in Quito. The hotel staff is very helpful and wonderful. The only downsides are that I don't care for the baby powder scented cleaner they use and that it is next to a park and the walking way down the ravine, so if you are on the right side of the hotel you may get some chatter from groups walking home at night. The only reason I didn't give it all 5 stars is because maybe some of the furniture is a few years old, but it's maintained fantastically, and really, you can't beat the view and peace of mind from being away from the hustle and bustle.

I stayed at this hotel because the first one we booked was nasty.. This hotel was way better compared to the other hotel.. The only thing that i didnt care to much for was neighborhood it was alittle ghetto looking so dont walk around alone.. Also the room service menu is very limited and if you do not speak spanish please learn because room service servers do not speak english.. Other then that i liked the hotel..i booked a deluxe suite so it was very roomy.. Oh one last thing some rooms have jacuzzis and they are loud if they are in a room above you..

Fue una muy buena estadia... Solo un poco a mejorar con el que realiza los cócteles... Es un detalle nada más... Por el resto todo muy bien en servicio y atención desde la recepción muy formal y educado...

Bastante limpia la habitación y las instalaciones en general, bastante amables .

Excelente lugar!! Muy agradable.
