Great place to stay. Friendly staff

Staff great, property not so great…

Good hotel, clean and nice service!

Everything stood out. The place was immaculate made service was great. The gentleman at the front door was there every time you walk through the front door and the people at the front desk were very friendly would stay there and every time I'm there food was OK that was included in the hotel room. It took a little while to get coffee the hotel the place was great. The food was three stars. We were there nine days, and they served almost the same thing every day.

The hitel is very cute and fun! The lobby is field with reclaimed items made into a tropical forest. So amazing to walk to each animal, insert, and plant created with reclaimed or unorthodox itens was so bueatiful to see. The staff was extremly nice. The doorman ( bald headed man) at night was our favorite. He didnt do too much but you can tell his love language is service and it shows through. The restaurant is great! Its hard for then to do substitutions like no meat...it just doesnt work out well. We tried. But the items on the menu are amazing if you're keeping them as described. The breafast is a great way to start your day and it begins at 6 whiwh was great for us because we're early risers. Our room was a good size, we got the suite with the tub near the window. King bad was so relaxing and we lived the showers too. Great space not to small and a cute table and chair to people watch from. My only issue, and im requesting a refund, was we requested decorations for our room. Due to a mix of internal communication with the staff and systems it didnt work out. I gave the hotel an opportunity to fix it and it still went bad. We definitely would stay here again minus the decorations.

From the moment we walked in, we were wowed by the beautifully decorated lobby featuring the art installation ‘Despertares’, created from recycled materials by Rafael Espitia—it’s breathtaking and unique. Our room was equally impressive, with a spacious terrace complete with a jacuzzi, sofa, table, and chairs. The combination of thoughtful design and comfort made our stay truly special!
