Old hotel. Matress and pillows old. Breakfast average.

They will not call you a taxi but there is a taxi station a block away.

Very nice, loved the gym and pool area.

Clean place & free breakfast & safe neighborhood & easy access to subway & close to downtown

My regular hotel in JF. No reason to consider an alternative

Overall, it was a good experience. Pillows are not the best but are ok. And the AC in my room was really noise. I recommend the hotel though .

Hotel is centrally located, offers an excellent buffet breakfast and Wi-Fi. However, Wi-Fi is hopelessly slow while wired internet connection was not much better; disappointing for a hotel such as this. Room was comfortable, clean and had a good shower with abundant hot water. Unfortunately the showers in the rooms on either side were very noisy. Badly lit underground parking was offered and the poor lighting was probably the reason why half a tank of fuel was siphoned from my hire car. Service in the lunch and dinner restaurant was snail-like and mediocre and the waiter was reluctant to allow me to charge a second rate meal to my room; he wanted cash or a credit card. The menu was limited and uninspiring. Overall experience was disappointing.

Ótimo custo benefício. Fui para uma viagem de negócios. Café da manhã de qualidade e um ótimo restaurante no saguão do hotel.

Roupa de cama com cheiro muito ruim, quarto com uma infiltração na parede o que dá um cheiro de mofo,vaso sanitário descarga não funcionou ( extremamente desagradável), mas o café da manhã é maravilhoso.

Chegamos e descobrimos que o ar condicionado nao tinha controle. E estava sem Internet e faltava 1 toalha... fizemos observações na recepção e unica coisa que resolveu foi a toalha... voltamos a reclamar da Internet e a recepcionista informou que era pq tava cheio... resumindo ficamos sem Internet a estadia toda... decepcionante

Roupa de cama , almofadas e travesseiros não estavam bons, pedi para trocar

Muito agradável.

A equipe é gentil e atenciosa. Camas confortáveis e trocas de lençóis e toalhas ocorreram sem necessidade de solicitação. O aparelho de a-rcondicionado é antigo e muito barulhento e não refrigera adequadamente.

Hotel precisa de algumas manutenções, pois somente um elevador funcionando , luz do quarto algumas queimadas, papel higiênico da pior espécie, lembrando que foram 6 quartos alugados e todos com os mesmos problemas
