Very nice looking, great location, just above Bascarsija, 1 min walk.

This was our first trip to Bosnia.We were thrilled with the Samm Seher hotel and staff,not only did they provide excellent service but went out of their way to be helpful and make us comfortable during our stay .The room was small but clean. The 24hr front desk was a blessing as we got back late most nights. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was near the main attractions however it is situated on a quiet street. I would give it a 100% for being a family friendly hotel.

Bed was tough to sleep on, but everything else was fantastic!

It was a good place. I enjoyed the 24/7 lobby service but my room didn’t have an A/C or windows, so it was stuffy. We could also hear all the footsteps/ doors of other rooms

Very accommodating guest house /hotel on the edge of the old town, only a short distance from Pidgeon Square. Staff very helpful and could not do enough for us. The room we had was very nice and despite some daytime noise was blissfully quiet at night. There is a pleasant outdoor deck.

. Please remember that this hotel has a different range of rooms (in terms of qualiity) with different prices.It has very good location, very close to the main places of interest.. Its proprietor and staff are extremely helpful.

Good location 2/3 minute walk from Old Town area. Exceptionally helpful owner and friendly staff. Hotel on busy road and staff moved us to quieter room. Walls fairly thin especially when young Japanese 'X Factor' duo next door have early 4am check out! [not hotel's fault I know]

Very close to old town and the market. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking is limited so we felt we needed to use the available garage for an additional 10 euro per night. Breakfast was nice and we were happy to be able to walk to most of venues in which we were interested.

A charming boutique hotel just off the Bascarsija. Clean and quiet with a super attentive staff, this is the right place for the short or long stay in Sarajevo. Different rooms available. Mine was an econo with two twin-beds. Taxis and trams are a short walk away, as are restaurants and small shops. I will stay again on my next trip and I recommend this hotel to all.

Probably the nicest hotel we saw when going through the old-town area. Ideal location, two minute walk from bars bars/restaurants. Clean and secure, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Strong recommend for anyone wanting a short break in the Bascarsija area!

Location to the old city was great! Easy walking distance. The hotel was basic and clean. Staff was pleasant enough but nothing extraordinary. Breakfast was basic but good enough. As we took the economy room if was quite small. Overall if the price is something you can only afford then go for it because it is clean and adequate. Otherwise I would look for something better.

Front desk staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location good for proximity to Pigeon Square and many tourist attractions.
