> FIrst at checkin there was no record of our reservation. The documents I had showed I had reservations got us a room. This occured at 12:30 am, so I was very upset. So I received no confirmation the next morning on my reservation. > No breakfast provided like most hotels. > I had previously called the hotel to ask they fix a error by Expedia on my reservation dates. I provided the hotel and Expedia staff on the correction required and I wanted to extend my stay with one additional day. They said, I was all set with these changes. On the last day of our stay we returned to our room later in the day and our key didn't work and when we did get into the room all our personal items has been removed and someone else was in the room. The receptionist didn' know where our possesions were. Why were we not called to ask why we hadn't checked out. No answer, this motel was clearly not organized and working to help customers. They did say they had no rooms, but then found us a room at a higher price than our origianl room. I was totally disgusted with the hotel and and how Expedia didn't get the reservations correct. I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN !!!

Beach view

Dont expect too much, this is as basic as it gets. The tv didn't work. The bathroom had obviously been updated but the sink tap wasnt tightened to the sink and the towels had seen better days. The shower was however very good. We only stayed one night and honesty didnt have high expectations. If you are looking for a hotel with just the basics that is close to the beach this could be for you.

It’s a low-cost hotel. Thus, the rooms are very small and do not meet normal hotel standards. The location is great, and there’s parking nearby.

The location is amazing with easy access to the beach and the city center. This is a basic/economy hotel, so it does not have many amenities or decor. It was not exactly quiet at night and in the morning when they clean the beach and streets. The room was comfortable, the view amazing and the staff was very friendly with 24h reception. It is a great option on a tight budget.

Had a great stay with amazing views from our room. Right on the beach front. Old town 2 minutes away. Lovely restaurants just round the corner. Estepona old town is so nice walking around and looking at all the pot plants on the streets. The Botanical gardens were really nice. Easy parking in the car park just up the street. Would definitely stay again.

Staff, very nice and helpful. I could hear every noise from upstairs. So much so I went out to my motorcycle to get ear plugs. Heat was not working, the fan would cone on-no heat no matter what temperature setting. Room had a slight mildew smell

Did the job. Nothing fancy, but clean, staff very pleasant. A no frills place that does what u need. Would happily stay again and recommend other to use.

A relatively small hotel on the beach front with stunning sea views. The staff are super friendly and will solve almost any problem quickly and efficiently. Very convenient for shops, restaurants and the ubiquitous ice cream parlours (with amazing flavours and options). Can recommend for unfussy and laidback visitors.

Lovely little hotel in the perfect location for exploring Estepona. We will be back!!!

The hotel is in an excellent location on the promenade by the beach. The room had a beautiful beach view and was located next to some excellent restaurants and bars. The room and bathroom were adequate in size and were clean. The room did not have a fridge or tea service, however, tea was available downstairs. We were able to borrow wine glasses and a bottle opener from the reception desk in order to enjoy wine in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and loved the perfect location.

Wonderful location just steps from the beach, I took the beach view, which is stunning. There are tons of restaurants and walkable areas next to the hotel. The two issues are that the bed is not comfortable at all; I could feel the springs, so I didn't sleep well. The other issue was that the AC unit was not working, so the front desk solution was to give me multiple remotes, which didn't help. I had to wait for another front desk that was able to move me to another room, which had a functional AC.
