As always with VIK, everything was exceptional — effortlessly so. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. We received complimentary upgrades, our room was ready well before the official check-in time, and the concierge assisted with all reservations, recommendations, and daily plans. The personalized attention to every detail is exactly what makes VIK stand out. Highly recommended, just like all of their properties.

Property very run down, room without a TV, spa disappointing. Not a five star hotel. Very expensive per night.

Smell of urine in the room. They had an issue with the bathroom and they ha e us the room anyway. The Garden rooms are in the middle of a forest not garden. The rooms are very ugly painted and rooms have no TV and old connection for iPhone 4 for speakers.

The property is absolutely stunning and the food was excellent! So beautiful, it had the subtle vibe of being at someone’s beach home. But at this price, I’d like more obvious service. Requests would include beach chairs where one can spend the afternoon reading, movable pool umbrellas (there is a total absence of shade on the property), more comfortable lounge chairs, nice-to-haves like sunscreen, and regularly bringing more shampoo and lotion to the room. Bahia Vik scores maximum style points but is lacking some of the basics you’d find at another high end resort.

The vibe here is fantastic - what an incredible 5-star resort! We can't wait to go back. Beautifully-located atop a hill right on the beach. Watching the sunset is a real treat. Rooms are elegant and spacious. A/C is excellent, and beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is a real treat!

I loved all the dogs! Breakfast was delicious! I’d stay at one of their properties again.

Bahia Vik is an incredible property located in close proximity to the village of José Ignacio. The property has fantastic ocean views, beautiful pools, luxurious rooms, and fantastic amenities overall. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Bahia Vik to anyone traveling to this area.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa e bonita, acesso direto à praia, diferentes piscinas. Mas o destaque fica no salão principal, um espetáculo a parte, onde é servido do café da manhã e funciona o Zodíaco. Os quartos são bons, cada um com uma conformação e obras de arte, no meu achei que faltou um espelho de corpo todo e apoio para toalha no banheiro.

Local é lindo e super estiloso, o atendimento da equipe dos restaurantes e piscina é sensacional e super atencioso. O pessoal da recepção por vezes nao corresponde ao mesmo nivel de atendimento que o do pessoal do restaurante, mas nao chega a ser um ponto negativo. Única critica efetiva vai para limpeza dos quartos, entendo que faz parte do conceito do hotel os bangalôs em meio a natureza mas possuem MUITOS insetos como Aranhas grandes e “bicho bolota” (uma espécie de lesma da humidade)

Não tem banheiro na área das piscinas e nem serviço tem que entrar no restaurante pra pedir algo

Hotel incrível, com Obras de Arte por todos os lugares. Dos quartos ate os tetos do Salao Principal. Localização perfeita com um dos melhores beach clubs da regiao o La Susana. Voltarei com certeza. A gentileza Uruguaia sempre presente. O serviço cai um pouco por razao da cultura local. Mas o hotel se esforça para te entregar um padrao otimo.
