Everything is good. The private beach is very beautiful and the beach is clean. Love the view from the room overlooking the sea and Nai Harn Beach. Hotel has free valet parking service which is really convenient and service minded.

The service was excellent, every staff was very attentive, friendly and went beyond. the scenery breathtaking, and there were plenty of activities at the resort to enjoy. The moment at Reflection was encredible, They have happy hour at 6-7 pm. And you can enjoy the snack or Japanese food. Everything exceeded expectations, and I will definitely be coming back.😊🫶🏻🥰

The room was very clean and nice with super friendly staffs. I got to learn how to SUP during my stay as well ( You can borrow paddle board, kayak and pool float for free ! , there will be staffs that can teach you how to play it!) Wish to come back again when I go to Phuket. Highly recommend !

Good view, good beach with wave (nice to play & swim), but not private beach. Smell in the room, Have a lot of small bugs on pillows & some on bed sheet. (after change room, everything is ok).
