The location is great! Central and everything is walking distance. Staff was friendly

This hotel is in the middle of the pedestrian only boulevard and is convenient to everything. The room was clean but it was impossible to open the door to the balcony due to the hotel being above a restaurant/bar. The smell of cigarette smoke was terrible! The hotel desk often does not have anyone there and the manager is not always available. Worst of all, the hotel is on the 3rd floor and above and there are no elevators. If you can find someone, he will carry bags for you but you have to look for him. It was also noisy at night. The breakfast was excellent.

Hotel Piazza is the best hotel in town, with the owner and staff doing their best to provide you a good experience. I mentioned middle comfort, as you need to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to reception and rooms, without lift (but staff helps you with luggage). Also, the balcony is great, but sadly lacks chairs to sit out. Breakfast and delicious dinner were great, and very friendly service overall.

Hotel Piazza is possibly the most central and conveniently located hotel in Peshkopi. Its reasonable prices and cleanliness are matched only by its attentive staff. The restaurant was always staffed so I was able to have proper meal at any time I wished. Parking was also conveniently located at the rear of the hotel.

Piazza Hotel is a pleasant hotel located in the centre of Peshkopi. We were surprised by the phenomenal customer service of the hotel owner and employees. Our room was clean and well-equipped. Our breakfast was nutritious and tasty. Huge recommendation!
