They changed 1 time the towels in almost 6 days of staying ! To change towels they will change 48 euros and I never said that ! Never cleaned the room !! Pics are not resl !!! Bed experience

This is an old resort that is dirty not maintained. Be careful as they will upcharge you a resort club fee of $40 a night to so called use the pool and the lounge chair by the pool but you still have to pay $10 per chair on their beach. We booked a room with kitchen and we got one without as they were over sold. And huge thing there is no WiFi!!!

Only complaint was the the internet did not work. Overall good for a night while traveling north.

Breakfast: Farce No A/C in room!!! FYI, No English TV channels, but not important. Restaurant: good Room very small (#208) Bathroom: clean but extraordinarily tiny bathroom. No exaggeration!

Lo ùnico es que tienes el mar cerca!! La verdad no lo recomiendo, me tuve que cambiat dos veces por el olor a humedad y los baños insalubres.. las instalaciones estàn muy deterioradas en general y se nota el abandono a leguas…

Water and hydro were out for hours, couldnt warm food for my 8month old. They had no back up power sources...did not even offer cold water to drink during this time. Manager disappeared, no answers no nothing. Half the time we were there the water slides were not running. Pool was fine but had to buy pool hats or you werent allowed in. Beach time had to be booked everynight for the day after could not book in advance as ther was limited spots available. Rooms were full of aunts, complained to the front desk but was told it is what it is. Breakfast we had to look for our name that was placed on a table took us 20 mins every morning to find the table with our name on it. If there was any nightly entertainment, we have no idea where or when they started as staff was completely useless.

No wifi, they turned the air conditioning off from 1am to 8am, the food was horrible

Piscine beaucoup trop bruyante, presque toute la journée. Surfacturation de frais à l'arrivée. Chambres au milieu du bâtiment principal très très bruyantes, ils nous ont toutefois changé de chambre sans problème. Nourriture correcte mais peu variée. Rapport qualité prix correct quand même

Veldig slitt hotell. Svak buffet. Hadde nok sin storhetstid på 80-tallet, og siden har det ikke skjedd mye.

Måtte betale for aktivitetene som var tilgjengelige på hotellet, selv om vi ikke hadde noen planer om å bruke dem.

Om morgenen virkede kun en af 5 elkontakter i værelset, på trods af at tjeck ud er kl. 11 og heller ikke aircondition virkede om morgenen. Man tænkte om det var det med vilje var slukket for at få os ud? Ang. Wifi skal man vide at det kun fungerer sikkert i fællesområdet. Morgenmaden var meget simpel, f.eks. ville noget musli, frisk frugt og juice have bidraget til et sundt morgenmåltid, mere end saftevand og kager, som de kunne skifte ud af. Røræg kom pludselig ind lige inden lukketid men var der ikke fra åbning. Der var kun een kaffemaskine til alle hotellets gæster hvilket naturligvis gav kø. Der var fine aktiviteter ved poolen og når man lærte programmet at kende, kunne man enten deltage eller undvige det ret larmende musikanlæg, som ikke gav meget mulighed for ro og afslapning. Men AC virkede om aftenen, pool anlægget er meget lækkert og personalet venligt.

La stanza per 3 persone prenotata per una notte al costo di 170 Euro non era assolutamente quella richiesta e vista in foto al momento della prenotazione. Stanza stretta, angusta, senza alcuna manutenzione e fatiscente da almeno 40 anni!!,TV non funzionante, prese di corrente precarie e staccate, senza alcun rispetto degli standard di sicurezza. Un bagno cieco e senza aria con sanitari vecchi e arrugginiti. Doccia davanti al water senza piatto doccia e con una tendina plastificata. Non abbiamo fatto doccia per evitare l'allagamento completo dell'intera camera. Colazione disorganizzatissima e super affollata con cibi e bevande di scarsissima qualità. Un incubo che per fortuna è durato una notte alla cifra truffaldina di 170 euro per una stanza tripla di 10 metri quadrati. La struttura esterna potrebbe essere più apprezzabile con opere necessarie di riqualificazione. Per il resto sembra tutto fermo al 1986! Pessima esperienza!
