Excellent time as usual at this hotel chain.

Close to Shanghai Disneyland, 3-4km, they have free shuttle bus from and to the Bund, Disneyland and airport transfer, all free of charge. Breakfast was great, tried the jian bing every morning during my stay in Novotel clover. 10/10 will definitely stay here again. Thankful for all the helpful staff (Felix and James and of course our room attendant).

Stayed on the 16th floor Premier room. 3 bottles of water were provided, but more can be requested at the reception downstairs. The bed was good and comfortable, and the room was a decent size. Free drinks were provided in the minibar. There was a free shuttle service to Disneyland, The Bund, and the airport. I requested a free foot bath after returning from Disneyland.

Good service staff, shuttle service to central entertainment venues is very convenient.

It was very pleasant, there was a free airport and Disneyland shuttle service, but unfortunately we didn't get the room we requested, the receptionist also had language barriers, there was only a little food that we could eat for Muslims, otherwise it was very pleasant.

The room temperature is not so cold because they are using central AC, but the room is so huge.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, there is a shuttle bus from puddong airport to the hotel, hotel to disneyland, hotel to the bun. The room is big, all the facilities are very adequate, there is a children's playground, close to the metro station, close to the costco wholesale supermarket ... in front of the hotel there are several minimarkets, and at night there are many food stalls.

Breakfast OK. The room is very clean and spacious. They also upgraded and decorated my room since I was there on our honeymoon trip. They also offer a shuttle bus to Disneyland. The downside is the hotel staff offered us to book a taxi, but I think he scammed us since we needed to pay him by cash. He said he already paid by app for the taxi. When I checked Didi (ride hailing) fee versus the fee charged by him, the difference is RMB 100 (around IDR 220 thousand).

Food need improvement on varieties. Location far away from city. But good thing they provide free shuttle.
