Carpet was filthy, there was garbage in the room, a hair on the shower wall, and gnats living in the sink.

Very adequate for what I needed...it's away from the main road, so traffic noise was at a very low volume. It did not affect my sleep.

Clean rooms breakfast very limited

We had a disappointing experience with housekeeping at this hotel. We left an almost empty jug of water and a ziploc bag with coffee and tea on the table near the microwave, but when we returned, everything had been thrown away. At first, we thought maybe the housekeeper thought it was trash, but the items weren’t even anywhere near the trashcan, yet they were discarded anyway. We reported this to the front desk and the front desk lady noted it in their black logbook and asked us to list the items that had been thrown out. Unfortunately, the issue didn’t stop there. We had also purchased yogurt and cocktail shrimp from the supermarket and stored them in the refrigerator. The next morning, we found the shrimp missing. This left us with the impression that the housekeeper had gone through the fridge and taken what they wanted, assuming we wouldn’t notice since other items were still there. Overall, I would caution future guests to be careful about leaving food or drinks in the room, as housekeeping may throw them away.

Great service

This was probably one of the worst Super 8’s that we have ever stayed in. Which to us is very unfortunate. I would highly suggest management work on cleanliness and maybe taking the listing off of Expedia until complete. Not only do we not trust Super 8 we will have an extremely hard time trusting Expedia’s reviews. The room along with the entire facility was dirty.

Motel was in poor shape with many areas in the room in need of repair!

Upon our arrival we were informed that our room was on the third floor even though we requested an accessible room. The rep at the counter did her best to provide us with an accessible room even though she was taking it from another customer who had requested one as well. We specifically informed her that the reason I chose the room that I chose was because it had two queen beds. The accessible room she ended up taking from another customer and giving to us had one bed in it and I find it hard to believe that that was actually an accessible room. The only thing I saw that made an accessible was that it had safety bars in the bathroom. We went back to the front desk and inform them that the room would not work for us and we would like the original room that we had selected. We will then told that they would give us a room on the second floor which would be a little more accessible for us. This room; however, was a less expensive room than the one we had initially chosen which was a sweet. We then ask for a refund for the difference of price. The manager then stepped in and told us that Expedia had quoted us the wrong price and they would not going to honor that price.
