Stuff perfect. Location perfect. Hotel itself - old, extremely old, needs refreshing. Food average, but where in Austria its good?

Our room looked clean but actually not so much. The hotel staff were not friendly, not welcoming, and not professionally trained at all as the 4-star hotel. Very disappointed. We will NOT stay and NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Everyone was so nice and the location was perfect.

The hotel is in a good location, Rooms up-to-date refurbished and the Spa area a real asset after a long day. But the service dies not match the standard you are buying into. Not all the usual info provided at check-in, room phone not working, when asking for milk for the in-room coffee (after cleaning Service did not restock) it took three times before the bought it to the room, turn down service completely missed on one day... And the music beat from the Pacha Club can be heard at least on level 1 where we stayed. All in all it is a great hotel, but lacks those little details that can get annoying. On top, booking it directly via the hotel website would have been 10% cheaper, but hotels.com refused refunding with two lies on the phone (Spa is included with any room and every room in this hotel has Mountain view!)

Great amazing and cozy hotel

Initially concerned with the lowly rating on here and on TA we spent 3 nights here. Happily we had an amazing stay. The location is outstanding just an escalator ride from two of the main lifts. The public areas were very impressive and modern. The spa was excellent and we enjoyed the outdoor Jacuzzi. The food was excellent....a very good breakfast selection and some delicious dishes for dinner. An impressive wine list was available for all tastes and budgets. Service everywhere in the hotel was efficient and welcoming The only thing to be careful of if you are a light sleeper is the noise from Pacha nightclub for guests in the new wing. We arrived at 11pm and were given a room on the first floor where the noise was obvious. Thankfully the front desk were able to move us to the third floor where it was much quieter. A good result!

Walking through the doors of Hotel Madlein you're greeted by a modern funky fire wall and you immediately feel your holiday has started. The design is very cool but the hotel is full of creature comforts too. The food is absolutely stunning and the spa facilities are excellent too. We'd absolutely recommend this hotel.

Great, renovated hotel. Modern rooms, spa and sauna. If you are not smoking might be a bit problematic

Super lækkert hotel. Med fantastisk service. Man føler sig velkommen af det søde personale. Hotel baren havde DJ.

Super venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til liften. Gode faciliteter på hotellet. Fantastisk spaområde og virkelig lækker mad. Klart anbefalingsværdigt!

Personalen väldigt trevlig, och rent och snyggt överallt på hotellet. wellness avdelningen fin med flertalet olika basuer och hamman samt både vanlig och bubbelpool. Kunde varit fint om det funnits vatten att dricka utan att måsta beställa något från baren där. Vissa saker fungerade ej på rummet så som klädtork och bordslampa ( fick LED knoppen bytt efter att vi fört den trasiga till receptionen). Maten supergod dock verkade de vara lite för få i personalen i matsalen för att kunna ge riktigt snabb service men de som var på jobb var trevliga och skötte sitt jobb men hade väldigt många gäster att sköta per person.

Schönes und Modernes Hotel an sehr guter Lager mit sehr guter Infrastruktur. Schöne Zimmer mit guten Betten. Leider ist spürt man aber wenig Gastfreundlichkeit. Anliegen werden nicht ernstgenommen, Personal eher kühl und gestresst. Am Aussenpool war der Gehweg und Rand vom Pool sehr vereist. Ich rutschte aus und holte mir einen grossen Bluterguss am Fuss. Die rutschige Situation wurde auch auf 2x Beschwerde hin nicht verbessert. Zudem war die Zimmertüre eines der gebuchten Zimmer nach dem Skifahren offen! Auch Preise von z.B. der Minibar oder der Tiefgaragen werden auch auf Nachfrage nicht wirklich bekannt gegeben.
