Our stay was just what we needed. The staff were friendly, professional and always willing to help. The property is a short walk from the local supermarket and restaurants and is in a quiet and scenic area. We will definitely return and I couldn’t recommend this property highly enough.

This villa is a Pinterest dream. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s so quiet and the villa is equipped with all the necessities. It even came with a towel warmer! The balcony/window views from apartment 5 were impressive. Also, the villa is within walkable distance to the center and about a 10 minute drive from Sóller and 15 minutes to Deia.

Incredible property! The people and the facilities were perfect. I would not hesitate to book this property again. My only complaint would be that the beds are not very comfortable, but that is all subjective.

Sa Tanqueta is quite simply a slice of heaven! Everything is spotlessly clean, the views are to die for & the pool area quiet & peaceful. Beds were super comfy & showers hot. Plus there is the bonus of a kitchen & sitting area. Almost no reason to leave, except that Fornalutx is a delightful traditional Spanish village with great restaurants & local walks reward with breathtaking views.

In amongst the chaos of both the travel and hospitality industry due to C-19, Sa Tanquenta went above and beyond our expectations. We were warmly welcomed, helped to our room, provided with on site private parking and then left alone to enjoy the peace and solace (plus a breathtaking view) for the next days to come. It is remarkably quiet and personal, the rooms are cosy with all amenities to enjoy a nice homemade meal plus spectacular views of the mountains. We were completely removed from the outside world and of any sense of worry or anxiety that surrounds us all at this time.

Sa Tanqueta exceeded all expectations. The photos on this website do not do justice to this spectacularly beautiful property situated amongst the mountains. The views are breathtaking! The property is extremely well-maintained by a kind, professional, and dedicated staff. Rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Our group rented the 1-bedroom apartments (#1 and #14); they were very spacious and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchens and large living spaces and terraces. We were so happy with these rooms and recommend them highly. The hotel is very small and extremely quiet - it's ideal for couples or for friends who are looking for total R&R. It is not a party hotel by any means. The pool is nearly silent (save for quiet conversations amongst groups) but the perfect place to relax and rest with incredible scenery. The hotel doesn't currently operate a restaurant during COVID, but offers breakfast in your room. There is also a poolside self-service bar for drinks. The property is located in the tiny village of Fornalutx, about 10 minutes from Soller and 15 from Port de Soller. There are a few great cafes, restaurants, and shops a 5-minute walk into town. Highly recommend bringing a car to explore the area. Couldn't recommend this hidden gem highly enough, and hope to be back!

Stunning location with wonderful views but even more important the amazingly helpful and friendly staff who all went out of their way to make our holiday a very special one.

A more perfect and beautiful place does not exist ❤️ We came for several nights during our honeymoon and we were overwhelmed by the beauty and tranquility of Sa Tanqueta and Fornalutx. Close to Soller, Port de Soller. Fornalutx restaurants are just a short, charming walk through the village. Hard do-not-miss if you’re in the area. Pay for a balcony room and you won’t regret it - in fact you’ll probably daydream about the for the rest of your life. Breakfast also delicious :)

Wonderful setting in Fornalutx, slightly dated interiors, the breakfast is not good but there was a kitchen in the unit we had to make our own.

This was perhaps one of the most amazing places that we’ve ever stayed! The staff was incredible. They helped us throughout our stay and we felt right at home. We began planning our next stay before we left the property. Thank you to the amazing staff!

We enjoyed our double room with small balcony (which we were still able to sit out on so not that small), the views are to die for loved this place so much that we will be returning to this accommodation again. . Immaculate accommodation superb customer service from every member of the team we came across. The breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from and even a different hot choice every day. The views from the breakfast room was spectacular with shade available if required. We were able to park our car in the hotels own car park and given a remote control for the electric gates. Only an easy short stroll into the village to visit the fabulous restaurants, our favourite was Cafe Med, such friendly brilliant service. We enjoyed the pool very much but didn’t get time to have a dip in the jacuzzi again with amazing views on a separate terrace. I would not hesitate to return to this very special accommodation , simply incredible.

Beautiful hotel, well located in Fornalutx. Views were spectacular and great to use the pool in such surroundings. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and eating on the terrace provided a beautiful start to the day!
