Bed was not very confortable, and pillows too.

Basic and ‘honest’ hotel for the $. Power was cut off the and entire night and cable simply stopped working one day with no apparent solution in sight.

I visited the same Hotel Last Year The Location is very good because you can travel around without having to go in and out of the Center of Sao Paulo which takes hours. A new company runs the Hotel now named TROLL They know how to manage Hotels.

No geral não é ruim por conta do café da manhã. O quarto é bom mas pequeno. O banheiro também precisa de umas reformas. Mas o custo benefício ainda vale a pena

My only complaint was the fact they did not have any English channels! Sometimes I like to listen to the tv when I getting ready!

Osasco area is outside the Downtown area of Sao Paulo It is easy to get around to visit different places without the need to go through the downtown traffic, The Traffic in Downtown Sao Paulo is Crazy 24 hours You have to be very careful about the time you need to be in a meeting

excellent staff. Friendly. Helpful. Efficient. A special thanks to Jennifer at the reception. Room was larger than expected. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows could be better. Air conditioning was silent. Shower was great. The fridge in the room was great too. There was a large TV screen but I did not use it. Breakfast was good with a large selection of items (see pictures). The public transportation is abundant (buses immediately around) and the train (CPTM) station is a 15 minutes walk away with easy and cheap access to other parts of Sao Paulo or even to the airport (no direct connection though) Lots of restaurants, shopping centers and big supermarkets (Walmart, Carrefour, etc...) around. All in all a great choice. It is remote but accessible with good public transportation.

A great seven nights

It was good overall. Just some issues in the bathroom with the water leaking (nothing major) and it was not very clean when we got in

Osasco is not a touristy area, but for the purpose of our trip it was what we needed. Excelent air conditioning, very good breakfast included in room rate. inconvenient for us was the fact that they do not have connecting rooms and that you cannot put parking charges to room bill/extras.

Very good considering amount paid. Parking has to be paid separately, cannot be added on room bill which is annoying. Very good breakfast.

Não é a primeira vez que a gente se hospeda no hotel. Sempre fomos muito bem atendidos. Mas dessa vez tivemos alguns problemas com a energia caindo e com o ar condicionado fazendo barulho estranho. Ao falar com a recepção prontamente mudaram eu e minha esposa de quarto. O maior problema que tivemos foi com garotos de uma equipe de futebol, que não vou mencionar o nome por respeito, que ficaram importunando a noite. Entramos em contato com a recepção que mandou um segurança verificar. Sobre os funcionários do hotel só temos elogios e agradecer pelo atendimento.

O quarto é bom, mas o hotel é meio mal cuidado, a internet wireless n-ao funciona, o serviço de garagem é meio lento.

Hotel razoável! Fechadura eletrônica estragada… Entregaram uma chave… Ar condicionado não ligava na primeira noite e na outra não funcionou para desligar! Barulhento… pouca vedação de luz no quarto… Cafe da manhã fraco! Não recomendo!
