Rather average hotel - not horrible and not great. One the positive side: big rooms, cleanliness and perfect location in the city centre. On the negative side: breakfast, noise from outside and frozen pizza in their restaurant.

The room was very large and good value for money. The hotel is well situated, but a bit confusing to get to. English speaking staff made the stay easy.

Overall I dont recommend this hotel. Cons: 1) you cannot regulate the AC. It was a bit hot in the room and I tried turning the AC on. It would not. I asked reception why AC is not turning on and they said all AC’s are off because “it’s not the season yet”. Yea, there is an AC season in this hotel. Sounds like Communism to me - “no AC for you”. I opened the window but the window face a major road with alot of traffic which is super noisy 2) Sauna is paid not free - I booked my hotel on Expedia which showed sauna as an amenity. I like sauna so thought I’d relax, but come to find out you have to pay extra to use the sauna. Seems like the hotel owner (which is prob local and US chain just operates the hotel) is trying tk save money on everything (no AC, sauna is paid) Pros: 1) good location, besides the noisy street 2) friendly staff, especially a blonde guy manager who let me check in early

The hotel location is good. The service of the staff is amazing. I would especially mention Akbola from the reception desk for the amazing support! Breakfast doesn't have enough options. I asked about a cheese omelette and received a small portion with cottage (which looked like a pancake). The room needs to be renovated as there are so many broken things in the room (wall, furniture, lighting system)

Hotel old fashioned. Bathroom in need of a revamp. Breakfast ok, but basic. Our room not cleaned until 18.00 one day.

A/C is controlled by the hotel and they never turned it on despite the rooms being quite hot Mini fridge didn’t turn on Water in the shower goes cold every 10 seconds Laundry service wasn’t open the whole time I was there (5 days) Not the worst experience, but just not good for the price, you may as well stay somewhere cheaper because at least they don’t advertise amenities they don’t have Room service was good and cheap, free breakfast was decent

Property is fine but not particularly inspiring or modern. Liked that they had a fridge in the room. TV had only one English channel (Bloomberg) and screen reception was fuzzy (not that I could watch Bloomberg for too long anyway, so no huge loss). Having CNN or BBCWorld would have been nice. While there are some attractions not far from the hotel, it's not the most walkable city. Was easy to get taxis as it's on a main road.

Good hotel in an excellent area. I will come back here. A bit old fashioned but comfortable and good quality.

The hotel look old, the corridor is so dark and scary (especially the 3rd floor), we request high floor bit we got only the 3rd floor (from 9 floor), room is clean, comfortable bed, but everything is old, air conditioned didn’t work (but it was fixed later), the warm water system also didn’t work on the first night on whole building (warming system isn’t stable), no amenities in the room even hair dryer and trash bin (just only toothbrush is offered), wifi was good, breakfast was basic, location is great and many restaurants nearby and close to landmark of the city
